The class was to solve a printing problem with my network printer. In this class I learned a lot. I learned about the following: 1. Identify my network topology that I have installed in the office. 2. Understand the ways my network printer connects to the network to print. 3. Review my jetpack (hotspot) settings to make sure the printer was identified and correctly configured on the jetpack. 4. Perform connectivity tests from the computer to the printer via jetpack. 5. Delete and add printers in Windows. 6. Carry out printing tests from Word and from the Internet explorer. 7. Uninstall and reinstall the Google Chrome Internet browser. 8. Carry out other printing tests. The class was very productive because I learned how to solve the printing problem. Additionally, the instructor was punctual, very patient, and demonstrated a lot of professionalism during the class. I recommend classes with instructor Jonathan M.
