Hi everyone! My classes are designed for aspiring artists and designers. I have a master's degree in Industrial design (car & product design) with more than 7 years working experience and teaching. Regardless your level you are all welcome to join my class and learn core design skills such as prespective, industrial design sketching, rendering, photoshop and portfolio preparation. I also teach drawing and oil painting with a focus on representational art. Through my course you will learn how to observe and appreciate nature in order to represent it effectively through drawing or painting. You will learn to draw and paint using the traditional techniques of the old masters such as Rembrandt, Caravaggio and the impressionists.

A lot of people think they cannot draw. But before drawing, it is about "seeing". Actually if you can see, you can draw. Not only objects, but portraits, animals, whatever you want. By developing the aptitude of observing the reality using the right part of your brain, you learn how to draw what you really see instead of drawing what you think you already know about this reality. This technique was a revelation as it allowed me to progress quickly when I was young. I am an architect graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the Université Libre de Bruxelles, Being also a teacher in secondary and higher education, I would like to pass on my knowledge to students, Having studied at Mimar Sinan University Fine Arts, I was able to develop my skills both in the design of a project and in the fun side of designing a project that is drawing Then I found well being in the drawing of landscape and drawing perspectives, .... You don’t have to be a professional artist to have the right to create. Spontaneous drawing doesn’t require a license to draw a line. We have our own well of images inside us which can be re-activated. But how? To draw spontaneously, a practical method, offering suggestions and advice, allow us to overcome the anxiety of the blank page.

My course is dedicated to the 'basic' rules of drawing and after that finding your own path, your own style. If you know how to use perspective, composition, capture the right proportions, capture the volume and be attentive to detail, you are fully prepared for making any kind of art you are into. When we will reach this point, I will also help you to go further and develop your own style. I will teach you how to work with visual observation, perspective, volume, light and shadow, composition, proportions, and sketching using graphic material. In order to learn how to draw you need a lot of practice, so I will assign some homework as well. The course is suitable for people of all ages and with different aims, it is always possible to change the learning program for individual purposes. I've been painting since 20 years ago, recently I start working with children, in small groups (3 max) in class we enjoy working in small proyects. I enjoy teaching children through art and music. We work different techniques, depend on the kids Age.

I am a visual artist born in Barcelona, settled in Belgium since 2017. As an artist I have accumulated experience for the last 25 years. I am graduated with an Academic Bachelor in Fine Arts in the University of Barcelona and graduated as a Master in Visual Arts at Sint Lucas School of Arts in Antwerpen. I am specialised in painting, drawing, experimental films, installations, language, sound and curating. In other words, I am a multidisciplinary artist. I understand the artistic practice as a way to understand ourselves and the situations which surrounds us. In my classes I don't teach how to do Art, but as how to say something through your artistic work. With me you can work independently, with a coach who will challenge you with some assignments and giving feedback to your personal concerns. In addition, you will learn how to work with several mediums, preparing your own material: paintings, canvases, and so on. You will not only receive individual coaching but as encourage you to look other artists or take into account other references connected with your concerns.
