Biology is a complex subject and I can help students who may be taking GCSE's this year or who may just be looking to brush up on their biological knowledge. I can also help A Level students who need extra support in understanding their lessons or need help with exam technique and planning. If desired I can provide progress reports for students so that engagement and improvement can be tracked. My aim is to help each students attain the grades that they desire at the end of their learning journey or if they are not learning for exams, to help them reach their learning goals.

Chemistry is the study of matter—its characteristics, behavior and structure. Chemists are interested in the way materials act and react in certain situations, so they produce and observe these reactions, both in nature and artificially in a lab setting. Chemistry is the study of substances—that is, elements and compounds—while biology is the study of living things. However, these two branches of science meet in the discipline of biochemistry, which studies the substances in living things and how they change within an organism.

Hi! I am Dr Doreena, a medic graduate from QMUL with a BSc (Hons) in Neuroscience, who aspires to become a Consultant Neuropathologist. My approach to lessons is to focus on breaking down concepts for students to understand and covering exam technique. I teach according to the specification whilst helping tackle exam questions. This ensures students have sufficient knowledge of what’s required and are able to apply that knowledge in exams to achieve high marks. I believe that working outside lessons is just as important as in the lessons, so I advise students on how to approach revision in their own time to increase their productivity. I teach students across a variety of ages, from primary all the way to A-levels. Lessons typically last an hour, although I can teach for longer if necessary. As well as my GCSEs and A-levels, I have also sat and taught various entrance exams, including the 11+ and the UCAT. My experience as a teacher spans a few years. I have taught both in a group setting as a teaching assistant at First Class Learning, and also 1 on 1 as a private tutor.

Biology is one of the interesting sciences that I can teach and deliver information to students with ease and simplicity, through modern teaching methods and reliance on deduction and understanding, not on the method of indoctrination and memorization, and also through training in solving questions, worksheets and tests through distance learning applications such as Zoom and Google Meet programs.

Hello, by virtue of my studies and work in the medical field, I work as a biology teacher and I teach it in Arabic and English to secondary grades, and I also teach the science curriculum to other grades using Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Team, while following up on the student’s tests.

Science is important in real life and I teach by relating, in real life, what you learn. I chose science because of my love for the subject and would like to share and inspire it to the next generation and achieve their goals. and of course the classes will be taught in English.

My job here is to help you achieve your desired results and unlock your potential. Simply put, we will go through every lesson, every unit, and every chapter. We will understand the concept of each lesson, with clear examples to follow. After each one, you will be tested, and after finishing your program, you will be tested on it. I have several years of experience tutoring students of different age groups in Latin and Ancient Greek. I am deeply passionate about these languages and I enjoy helping students improving at them. I believe that understanding the structure of a sentence is fundamental when approaching these languages, therefore this is an important focus for me. During the class I always dedicate some time to reasoning and translating sentences together with the student. I have a BS in pharmaceutical biotechnology and I am currently a master student in Medicine. I find biology very fascinating and I have been tutoring it for years now. Depending on the topic and the student's needs, I structure the lessons differently. I usually explain the topic and use tools such as spaced repetition, notes, conceptual maps to make sure that the student has understood.

In this module I tutor in biology on a middle school to high school to college level, depending on what is required by the student. The possibilities vary from simple lessons about basic concepts all the way to the topics needed to pass ''end exams'' like the SAT, GCSE, MCAT and International Baccalaureate. My knowledge from medical school help me explain the material on a deeper level if the student requires so.

I’m Masters of Pharmacy in Pharmaceutics, having 4 years of teaching experience as an Assistant Professor in Bachelor of Pharmacy, in India. My mode of teaching will be in English.
