Do you wish to learn writing music from scratch or improve your composition skills without a necessity of music theory knowledge? I'm a multi-instrumentalist singer, songwriter and performer and I offer applied classes on writing/arranging/producing pieces of music using various instruments of your choice, including your computer. I use a 'learning by creating' method, where we focus and go deeper on certain aspects depending on your needs on your music creation process. I like to use personalised methods that matches your desires, rather than following a certain curriculum. The goal is to help you gain or improve awareness on how a piece of music is written and learn various ways to begin and finalise a writing process. As your piano tutor, I want to teach you how I learnt piano, and show you how to be creative with music, at the very least for enjoyment, but also for any professional aspirations into composition. I start by familiarising my students with the fundamentals of music at the piano, how the piano is structured, arpeggios, baselines, chord sequences, melody sequences, etc. We take these fundamentals and build sophistication of musicality with a dynamic curriculum. Lessons are structured by familiarising with musical concepts by a demonstration, playing together, and playing solo in a way that aims to be accessible and sensitive to the student’s sensibilities.

I have been developing my music teaching business for over 9 years, through which I teach a wide range of styles, levels, and ages.
