Viet Vo Dao/ Traditional Martial Arts : Now, we're entering a whole new world, where the technique is really important. The history, philosophy and the energy work, the culture...and so on!
Self defence : Learn how to defend yourself as well as your loved ones. The lesson here could be purely technical or technical with a fitness component.

Yi Jing Jing specializes in opening the body and harmonizing strength, flexibility and connection. For most Practioners, Yi Jin Jing is the missing link in their training. Standing Practice and Fa Gong (Loosening Practices) will also be a part of the curriculum. It is an experience in balance and is both vigorous and gentle while invigorating the elasticity of the body. It is also a “seasonal practice” as it clears the excesses, stimulates the bodily systems and strengthens the deficient tendencies. The joints, connective tissue, ligaments, muscles and tendons are all nourished by the circulation strength of Yi Jin Jing.
