There are many sounds in there to discover. When you play djembe in a band, it gives a certain groove to the song. You add something extra and help determine the rhythm of the song. I teach you how to play this instrument, with the right hand techniques, where the sounds are and how you are an extra dimension for the band. Do you want to learn djembe? I teach them to listen to a song to find out where the percussion instruments are. I teach them percussion techniques and how they conjure the sounds out of an instrument. But the most important thing is of course that the young people have fun playing a djembe, cymbal, boomwhackers, drum, cajon, ...
