Graduated in Interpretation (Viola), with a Master in Orchestral Studies at the Superior Music Center of the Basque Country (Musikene), he has collaborated with symphony orchestras such as the Orquesta Sinfonica de Euskadi, Orquesta Sinfonica Ciudad de Elche, Orquesta Sinfonica Verum or la Orquesta Torrevieja Symphony. He has practiced as a violin and viola teacher at the Cabezo de Torres Music School (Murcia), at the Orchestral Workshops of the UCAM Orchestra, in addition to more than 5 years of experience in private classes with medium level students , with excellent results. He is currently a violin and viola teacher at the Calasparra Music School (Murcia) and music at the Azaraque School in Alhama de Murcia. He is also a member of the UCAM Symphony Orchestra.

In this class, we will be exploring music by learning your favorite songs from any genre you enjoy. I will personalize the lessons to your needs and make sure we cover all the fundamentals that will set you on the right track! I will teach you how to: - learn songs by ear, (pop, jazz r&b, funk, fusion, hip-hop, and whatever you like honestly) - improvise, - compose, - understand music theory (harmony, rhythm, scales, progressions, sight-reading etc.) - produce and sound design in Ableton. About me: Education: I started playing music at 7 years old, went through 12 years of music school, and then moved to Amsterdam and spent 4 years learning jazz guitar at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam. I frequently play with various bands ranging from Pop and Funk to Jazz Fusion and even Techno. Hey! My name is Richard and I give private lessons to all levels. For guitar, it is important that you can improve yourself in a pleasant environment in a fun way where your interests are central. Do you want to delve deeper into a certain style? Do you want to create your own sound on your guitar using amps, and pedals, ...? I can help you with all that! Knowledge of solfège or music theory is not required, we can always discuss this in class if you wish, but that is certainly not mandatory ;) I have been playing the guitar since I was 9 years old and for several years now I have been playing in professional bands with which I have been able to play on sugar rock, for example.
