I am an adventurous, outdoorsy, fun-loving, energetic and open-minded person, who is 29 years old and a Thai native speaker born and bred in Thailand. I'm originally from Bangkok and fluent in English. First of all, I am absolutely delighted already to anyone who is reading this right now or interested about my classes and I'm super glad that we are going have heaps of fun and to be friends soon undoubtedly. My ideal is to bring my kitchen straight to your house. Our authentic private cooking class is for people who are keen to learn how to cook authentic Thai food in a relaxed and friendly environment. This exciting program is the ideal way to enjoy an original cultural and culinary experience. It's also perfectly suitable for individuals of all abilities, also perfect for the serious home cook who wants to master Thai cooking and certainly will give you the confidence to cook outstanding Thai food at home. To tell you a little bit about myself, I have 4 years experience in the customer service field before and now I have been working as a flight attendant for the past 4 year already, who is also exceedingly passionate about cooking and trying new foods all the time. I also strongly believe that, Thai food is such a crucial part of our culture, Hence why I am really interested to share my secret fabulous Thai Recipes to people from all over the world. Furthermore, I have been learning how to cook since I was 15 years old from my mother, who has a lot of experience in cooking over 20 years and also has a little humble restaurant called "ครัวบ้านสวน".Thus, I am pretty confident to cook and share all the recipes. In my lesson, I will teach you all the practical skills you need to know to make the most gorgeous dishes. For instance, I will show you how to cut vegetables to look perfectly amazing or help you understand how high or low the heat should be set at each key moment. Do not worry, if you are a immensely beginner because Thai cooking is not as hard as you might think, plus I will teach you from the very beginning. Moreover, you can study at your own pace and I am more than happy to adjust my teaching strategies to my students and their individual needs so please just let me know. Last but not least, my classes are welcoming everyone who is truly passionate and obsessed about Thai food regardless of your cooking skills. I am extremely enthusiastic to teach foreigners to cook my food and importantly to understand my culture properly. She is also able to adapt her teaching styles to your needs and has a lot of good tricks to help you learn how to do different things.
