The piano classes with Maria are always inspiring and challenging, but not overwhelming. In each class, she corrects the techniques and accommodates exercises for practice accordingly. I am really satisfied with her dedication and feedback. I cannot recommend Maria highly enough. In her teaching, she uses the right dose of professionalism, friendliness, patience, and understanding. If you’re looking for an excellent violin teacher in Korea, Dr. Yu is a great choice. She speaks perfect English, which is incredibly helpful for us foreigners, and her studio in Gangnam is very convenient. Dr. Yu is highly professional and talented, and she genuinely cares about helping her students succeed. Her lessons are both engaging and effective, making learning the violin a rewarding experience. Plus, there are two recitals each year that are a lot of fun to participate in. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their skills.
