About Me
I am Seda, an illustrator and yoga instructor. I worked as an art director in advertising agencies for 10 years. I was introduced to yoga in 2010 in Istanbul and was drawn to the mindfulness and restorative qualities of Yin Yoga.I often receive feedback that, as a calm and grounded person, practicing yoga with me is a deeply enriching experience for my students. I believe that yoga is for everyone, to connect with your body and soul. So it's not have to be acrobatic or hard. It can be compassionate and mindful.
Since 2020, I have been working as a freelancer, in both illustration and yoga. In 2022, I relocated from Istanbul to the Netherlands, where I currently reside. I have a three-year-old son and two cats who bring joy to my life. 😊

The goal of yoga is to bring harmony between your body, mind and soul. It helps you to maintain your healthy mind and body. The time of yoga and meditation gives you a chance to observe yourself and to get to know yourself deeply. It is not a competition and is a time just for yourself.
My class is private and I can guide you to maintain your body and mind depending on your body condition with a personalised plan such as weekly yoga to establish a healthy routine and tips for your yoga poses.

Transcendental Embodiment (TE) is the result of three years of research and development. Merging from a movement philosophy research entitled Behind & Beyond, to its phenomenological understanding.
