I teach English and/or French to any range of ages. I have previous experience in this field and bring a lot of creativity and energy to the classroom To ensure that all students are catered for, I adapt to all students' learning styles, and ensure that they feel like they are progressing.

For people wanting to use french in everyday situations, I propose the communicative approach, focus on communication rather than grammar structures. This approach takes the focus off the language by stressing the content. The idea is to communicate fluently. (If you were to learn how to repair a bicycle, for example, you would learn bike vocab then would then be able to communicate in French by using the relevant vocabulary and conveying their feelings, ideas and thoughts.) For students wanting to learn French in a more literate approach, I propose analytic lectures of French classics, or any desired text. This can help for more elaborate grammatical structures and thorough vocabulary. In addition to strengthening a more distinctive way of expression, you'll enhance your French culture

My classes are in depth and target specific queries, elaborating on a weakness of one child or the collective weakness of a group. I teach one-on-one lessons or group lessons online where questions can be asked and topics can be requested for me to go over in the allotted time. This class is the perfect way to get your child to where they want to be academically. Mathematics, English, and Science are available up to GCSE level, at which many exam boards are available. After lockdown, many kids are struggling across the country and tutoring is the ultimate way to catch them back up to speed. For all subjects available, classes are designed with the goal of making sure students understand the content rather than remembering them which gives them the upper hand in their final exam. This involves regular homework which will be marked outside of classtime, but will be reviewed with the student in the class to help outline and learn from mistakes. English: The English classes are specifically made to help improve reading comprehension and writing abilities, from creative to analytical writing. These skills are essential for success in GCSE English Literature and Language across any exam board. There are also English Classes available for kids sitting their SAT's and 11+ exams. The classes are designed to improve English profiency and prepare them for success in their final exams. Maths: Math is widely seen as an extremely difficult subject, especially amongst young children. These classes are perfect for building a student's understanding of Math rather than helping them simply remember formulas. Classes often dive into why math works, rather than just how math works to help solidify the student's understanding of what their learning. Math classes are available for all student's up to GCSE level. Science: Biology, Chemistry, and Physics are some of the most difficult subjects at GCSE level. There are classes for Combined Science and Triple Science available and are recommended for anybody preparing for GCSE Science exams. The classes are often based off of specific needs and are perfect for filling in gaps in knowledge. Science classes are available for any student preparing for their GCSE's. I can teach economics to alevel or maths and English to gcse level. I have a plethora of experience in tutoring and mentoring children from young ages up to the end of their school careers! A philologist with MPhil degree from Cambridge University and PhD from the Russian University of Humanities, I have been teaching Russian and English, as well as humanities, since the early 2000s, both offline (at the time it was the only way!) and online. Background in journalism and wide international experience I lived and worked in India and in the United States before moving to the UK have helped me to familiarize with different educational systems and taught me how to work with people of various backgrounds, cultures and interests. Working with both adults and children, I am always looking for ways to arouse students' interest in a subject and encourage them to ask questions. Each student has unique needs, so all my classes are tailored, and I am doing my best to make our joint learning adventure as exciting as possible. I am eternally grateful to my own school and university teachers, as well as to private tutors. Without them my dreams about Cambridge University, traveling the world and having all those experiences that I have now would remain only dreams. Hello! I am a French native speaker that speaks fluent French and English. I passed my French baccalaureate focusing on languages and literature with a 16.8/20. I have given classes on and off since I was a teenager and very much enjoy tutoring people of any age. I can offer a formal class focusing on French writing, grammar and conjugation or rather a more informal approach and have a regular conversation-based class in which we chat in French to further improve your speaking skills. Each class can be bespoke to what it is that you wish to focus on - whether it be helping with homework, freshening up your French or starting from scratch! Recent graduate from a French engineering school, I am now a postgraduate student at Imperial College. I have always loved mathematics and I would like to share my love for the science with anyone who needs it. My goal is to make maths and physics simpler and funnier to study in order to help as many students as I can. I have already given mathematics classes in France and have developed a certain way of working. Usually, I first go over the lecture with the student, we read the principles and I take as much time is needed to answer any questions they might have. Then, we move on to exercises for the student to practice and apply what was learned in the lecture. The only key really in to go at your pace, there is no rush and the goal is for you to reach the understanding you desire.
