Drummer and percussionist for 20 years, graduated from the Brussels and Mons Conservatories, I teach drums, percussion and music theory. My course is based first and foremost on you. Whether on drums, marimba, percussion or music theory, I am attentive to your expectations and develop with you a program adapted to your abilities, your difficulties as well as your objectives. It is aimed at everyone, children and adults, complete beginners and more experienced musicians looking for advice, a method or outside advice. I attach crucial importance to autonomy, creativity, curiosity and listening, pillars of my method. We advance gradually, paying attention to technique, position, musicality and ear. I also create scores, personalized exercises or arrangements on request and according to needs. I teach: -drums in many styles (rock, funk, jazz, shuffle, pop, world music, Latin music, songs on demand) and in its many forms (Moeller technique, speed, application of the rudiments, syncopation, breaks, solos , independence, musicality, double pedal, etc.); -percussion (marimba and 4-stick vibraphone, xylophone, timpani, cajón, small percussion), in contemporary but also more classic styles (classical music, baroque, etc.); -music theory, which can be integrated into the course if necessary, but also be the subject of a course in its own right for students who want support for their courses at the academy or at the Conservatory; -techniques for reading scores, as well as sight reading; - absolute pitch and relative pitch (experimental)

Learn Flamenco, body percussion, cajon and practical tools to be more creative with your instrument! In these percussion groups we would use Konnakol, an Indian classical system created to understand rhythm, it mixes languaje and mathematics in a way that allow us to understand music in a very intuitive, practical and fun way. About me: I'm a professional percussion and flute player from Andalucía that plays flamenco and world music with 15 years of musical experience. Ive played in different fusion projects as a percussion player in Netherlands, Spain, India, Switzerland... The last years I've been going to India focusing my studies on the relationship between Indian classical music and flamenco. It is in Mumbai where I started studying tabla and Bansuri at Vrindaban Gurukul since then I realized the great value that indian classical music has as a pedagogical tool and now that I moved to Zurich I'm looking forward to create a group where we can grow together. I also studied Music therapy in Malaga and in Rotterdam so my focus while teaching is in creating a good relationship with art and the instrument, reprogramming how to learn in a natural and intuitive way and very important, to have fun and express yourself so music becomes an extension of you.

Trained at the conservatory, then at the Progressive Drum School, I then sought to improve myself by taking private lessons from references such as Loïc Pontieux, Franky Costanza, Kevin Reveyrend or Franck Aghulon. I have taught drums and music theory to students of all ages, all levels and in different contexts: recreational practice, exam preparation, putting on shows. I have also conducted musical workshops for organizations such as youth centers, elementary or nursery schools, and social centers, for projects ranging from musical awareness to the production of shows or music videos. Now being a full-time professional musician, I also want to share my professional experience with students. Hi! I’m a professional drummer. I graduated from the Vienna Jazz Konservatorium in Austria and have been living in Lisbon since 2016. I shared the stage with a many great musicians and performed all over Europe. I teach all styles of music (Jazz, Pop, Rock, Funk, etc), technique, reading music and music history. I give classes to beginners, intermediate, advanced students and also help prepare students for university entrance exam. Every student is different, has their own pace of learning and approach, but the most important thing is to have fun and enjoy the process of progress.
