Hello everyone! I am a Georgian who was born in Moscow and lived there for 12 years. Russian is my first language and I speak it fluently. I am very good at explaining Russian grammar and I can help with expanding your Russian vocabulary. In general, lessons will include speaking, grammar and listening exercises. I have a lot of handouts for practicing Russian and some handouts that explain grammar rules in details. I am a dual citizen (Russia-USA) native speaker currently studying International Studies at Leiden University. I have past experience tutoring Russian students who want to learn English in Russia. My lessons can either supplement university courses, or work as an individual program. I have worked with adult students for the past 2 years. Classes are based on the requirements of the Russian Language centre, which is the main organization in Russia for teaching foreigners the language. Classes are aimed at learning the reasons behind all the rules and phrases. This way the student can apply his or her knowledge without being constricted to one learnt phrase as in the Russian language a sentence can be said in many different ways with the same meaning.
