Please note that the 30min session is ONLY to talk through your concerns and how you'd like to work together in the next sessions. After the first session, we agree what the goals are for you and the number of sessions. I recommend a minimum of five session as it helps establishing trust, time to go through any challenges and for a positive transformational change. Please prepare for the first session: think of what's holding you back, challenges you're facing. But no need to worry much: it will also be an opportunity for me to learn more about your work and career.

Having studied English Language and English Literature as a compulsory aspect of the GCSE curriculum, I discovered a way to enjoy what I studied, and in doing so, I learnt how to achieve top grades. I ended up with a grade 9 (A*) in GCSE Literature, and a grade 8 (A*) in GCSE Language (references are available upon request)! Currently in my last year of sixth form, I am able to help with English Literature up to the AS-Level. During the AS exam, the highest grade possible to achieve by the end of year 12 was an A, which I had received on results day. I have got a firm understanding of the structure of essays, and how to incorporate quotation from the books, plays and poems a student would study, and how to analyse them in a way that displays a student’s articulation and understanding. Having worked for a tutoring company for a year, I have gained experience with tutoring from ages as young as 3 up to 16. I have acquired patience and the ability to target and understand a student’s weakness and how to combat and strengthen it.
