Hello I’m Alessandro D’Anna, drummer from Italy, based in Helsinki and I can offer private drum lesson for jazz, rock, Latin music, pop and more... I’ve toured in my life with Grammy jazz artist as Mark Gross, Joel Holmes, Benito Gonzalez, Essiet Essiet and many more. I’ve been teaching and doing masterclasses of drums all over the world: United States, Finland, Latvia, Spain, Italy, Ukraine, Mexico, and more. My program suits every levels from beginner to Intermediate (I speak fluently English, a bit of Spanish and my native language is Italian). I can provide you private drum lessons, that are tailored completely by your own interests, or I can advice you what would be efficient for you to improve, depending on where you stand with your experience and skills. We can together discuss about setting a goal, and start working your way towards it. You don't have to have previous experience in playing the drums. You can be an absolute beginner, intermediate, or more advanced student. I also teach all ages. Beatboxing is a relatively unknown discipline, even though it allows for an absolutely incredible musical variety: percussion, whistles, bass, special sounds straight out of an alien movie... our body is an instrument in itself, and learning beatbox is accessible to everyone! (Take a look at some beatboxer videos online, you'll be amazed!) I'll take you step by step, starting with easy and useful sounds, gradually moving towards impressive, fun sounds, or those of your choice. In addition, I practice with you and complete your knowledge of music theory and particularly rhythm when necessary. Methodology I base my teaching what the student wants to learn and also through years of teaching and learning I can help guide you on this path. Techniques, phrase development, solo, accompaniment, odd rhythms and creation of your own sound. We will cover traditional rhythms from Turkey, the Balkans, Egypt. I can teach darbuka and bendir from beginner to advanced level. Riq, indian tabla, konnakol, cajon, daf, indian tabla and percussion set ups can also be taught A bit about me: I have been playing oriental percussion professionally since 2010 with many groups and touring all over the world and I've recorded albums for groups such as Light in Babylon.

Hi! I'm Juš and I am studying jazz drums at the MUK - Music and Art Private University of the City of Vienna with Professor Mareike Wiening. I play drums in many different groups, bands, collectives, projects. I have been playing Drums for 13 years, beginning with Rock music and then moved to Jazz where I studied jazz drums at the Conservatory of music and ballet Ljubljana. I offer lesson of Jazz, Rock, Pop, Funk, Hip-Hop, Soul, RnB and similar styles of music, whatever you are interested in.I love working with everyone who is willing to improve or start learning about drums and music!
