TECHNOLOGIES FOR LEARNING. Hey, My name is Laurie and I am an independent FLE teacher, graduated in French and Romance Languages and Literatures since 2012. I have five years of experience under my belt (abroad and in Belgium). I created LangMethod, a learning method for online courses. The course includes: -The material (articles, videos, exercises from images and texts, grammatical theory, links to the exercises...). I use Google Doc so it's best to have a Gmail address to access it. -The correction of exercises outside of class (the written expressions are corrected outside of class, or with the student, according to his needs). -Access to an application (free) to study vocabulary on your smartphone. -A vocabulary sheet - pronunciation - grammar / conjugation, sent after each course. -If necessary, a vocabulary recording (for beginners). -The realization of online exercises and tests from the sent vocabulary sheets. -Motivation, laughter, good mood :-) My method: - It's based on speaking. -For grammar I use a question/answer method (learned during the training at the CERAN center). -We work on pronunciation with the verbotonal method (exercises for setting your voice, for rhythm, etc.). I might even make you sing! :-) -Everything goes through the spoken word before the written word, but I clearly adapt to the needs of the students. -The course is a little different for children and adolescents: I use interactive games and cards via webcam. Graduate of EPFL in Environmental Sciences and Engineering, with a specialization in water, soil and ecosystem engineering, I offer individualized support to fill gaps in mathematics (analysis, linear algebra, numerical analysis, probability) and/or or in other basic sciences (chemistry, environmental sciences, etc.). Hi ! I offer French lessons for each level via skype or zoom. I have a French teacher diploma, I studied in France and now I live and work in Lausanne. I have been teaching for 4 years already and I also taught at school during my internship. Being a Polish native, I went through the same course as the one I am going to take you on, which allowed me to master and understand the different rules of French in a methodical and constructed manner. Living on site allowed me to apply this theoretical knowledge that I would like to pass on. All the material (books, audios, vocabulary list ...) will be provided by email before the course (after booking). I try to speak as much as possible in French to familiarize you with the language.
