I am a first class graduate in Politics and International Relations (HSPS) from the University of Cambridge (Graduated in 2023). I currently work as a writer. I can tutor early years, and have experience working with children of all ages, as a former paediatric nurse. I have read a lot of classic literature and would love to tutor students in literature, grammar, English or writing. I have advanced skills in fiction and academic writing. At a higher level I also can help with writing, politics, international relations, sociology and anthropology. I also provide Oxbridge admissions tutoring in these subjects, especially for those making contextual applications. I can also help students learn to optimise their skills in reading, comprehending, and memorising material from academic tests, and how to use ChatGPT and other tools to make this process more efficient.

We will improve both your Russian language and political awareness by reading some local newspapers and (most importantly!) listen to secret YouTube conversations between Russians and Ukrainians that are never (honestly, never..) are being translated into English. This class will provide students with the necessary analytical tools and principal knowledge they need to succeed in their English, History, or Social Studies classes, on both primary and secondary levels. Coming from a background of sociological research, I have both qualitative and quantitative methodological study methods that inform my tutoring strategies and increase student's general comprehension of key concepts. Beginning with teaching core principles from assigned textbooks and syllabi (of which I independently review and use to create individual and tailored lesson plans), I also provide students with critical thinking skills, grammar lessons, and essay writing tips to ensure that they reach their academic and intellectual potential. I am presently a master's student at LSE and have six years of tutoring and teaching experience in related disciplines, as well as experience working with students with varied learning and cognitive demands.

I have always loved exchanging and passing on what I have learned. My mother being a German teacher, I have always been immersed in the world of education. I started tutoring when I was in high school, and I still do today. My journey : - Mention Very Good at the ES baccalaureate - Studied Sociology and Political Science at the University of Geneva - History and Spanish studies at the London School of Economics (LSE), First Class Honours. I help academically and psychologically students in History-Geography, SES and English. I explain the course in detail (if necessary), and we work on the methodology for each event, the organization and the planning of the work to be done. I can also follow your child in other subjects for the smallest classes. For example, I worked with two students in great difficulty (general average around 7-8 out of 20), and the latter obtained their baccalaureate, one of them with honors. Criminology is a complex and exciting subject delving in to the scientific study of crime, criminals and deviant behaviour. I am a BA (Hons) graduate in Criminology & Criminal Justice and have just completed my MSc in Terrorism and Counter Terrorism. The class will provide an introduction to criminology, it’s underlying theories and touch on special issues such as genocide and state crimes. The study of Terrorism will also be introduced and incorporated with the Criminology teachings. You’ll learn what underpins the study of Criminology in a simplified and engaging way. There will be tasks to complete after every next class, from multiple choice questions to mini essays, with feedback provided.

I offer ISS courses in French at 2nd, 1st and Terminal levels. I obtained the mention TB in the Baccalaureate and the mark of 17/20 in SES. I had the opportunity to give ESS lessons to my sister and several other students in Terminale. I have experience in the preparation for the Baccalaureate of SES, in the revision of the courses, in the writing of Dissertation and in the training for the composite test. I studied Law in England and am based in London. I can also give lessons in English.

I like to structure my teaching lessons differently from most. I cater directly to the student and I realize that everyone is different. Some children will be seriously struggling with their subjects and will need me to focus on the basics and build up a foundation, whereas others will already be working at a good level and just need an extra push to get them to their goal. I offer classes on History, Geography, and Political Science, with over 11 years' of experience in these subjects, both professionally and academically. I hold Bachelor's Degrees in both History and Political Science (from the University of Florida), as well as a Master's in Political Science, specifically European Politics (from KU Leuven). I have extensive experience in a wide range of historical and political subjects and have always had a keen interest in history and the social sciences. Additionally, previously I have been a journalist (dealing with Competition Law) and currently am an editor working on a wide variety of subjects for organizations such as the UNHCR and Goethe Institut, among others. I am capable of teaching and lecturing on numerous historical and political events and periods in history, with myself having specialized in European history, American history, African history, as well as the Medieval period and Antiquity.

My method emphasises personalised guidance that is tailored to the needs of each student. I assist with teaching the appropriate content and exam strategies that students need to get the best grades possible. In Sociology, I do exam practice and go over topics. Sociology is the study of human social life and you can expect to cover topics such as work, families, gender roles, multiculturalism, media and culture and globalisation. During my lessons, I will elaborate on these topics and allow you to understand and feel confident within this subject. In Psychology, I will teach students key theories and behaviours of humans. During my lessons I will compare psychological theories to real life durations and I will explain this in a deeper level to help students. In English literature, through a more in-depth analysis of context, I help students become more proficient writers, which helps them feel more comfortable with the topic. I like to give tasks to my students after class to make sure they feel secure and fully comprehend what they are learning. My intention is for my pupils to feel enthusiastic and confident about studying these subjects both during and after my classes, since this will benefit them both academically and in real-world scenarios. Learn the methodology in dissertation and document analysis from middle school as well as high school. This is what is present in History Geography and in the HGGSP specialty, and I offer courses aimed, in addition to helping the learning of courses in these subjects, to put it into practice in an exercise with a built methodology. It is this methodology that I teach, in order to provide the student with independence. I can also provide homework help in these classes, as well as re-explain and repeat poorly understood course points. As for speaking in public, it is necessary for the oral exams at the end of high school. I have been part of a debate group for 3 years and have acquired a certain mastery there. I am a student in high school, in the final year and I already have experience in helping with homework in my high school. I also chose the HGGSP specialty (geopolitics and political science) in second and I obtained my baccalaureate in this subject.
