What are the sessions about? The sessions are to work on conversation in English through topics and content of psychology, well-being and self-help. The presentation is designed so that the person shares their comments on several occasions and elaborates responses using common vocabulary, improving conversation, fluency, vocabulary, and pronunciation. The content is about positive psychology topics, where tools for life are acquired, through information and reflection exercises. If the session is in a group of two or more people, it can be once or twice a week. We will talk about many interpersonal topics in the session and we may follow up during the week by sharing relevant content via WhatsApp and voice notes, also in English for both parties to continue practicing fluency and vocabulary. It can be in person in Monterrey, Nuevo León in groups of 3 or more, or within the Republic for workshops.
