I offer classes on History, Geography, and Political Science, with over 11 years' of experience in these subjects, both professionally and academically. I hold Bachelor's Degrees in both History and Political Science (from the University of Florida), as well as a Master's in Political Science, specifically European Politics (from KU Leuven). I have extensive experience in a wide range of historical and political subjects and have always had a keen interest in history and the social sciences. Additionally, previously I have been a journalist (dealing with Competition Law) and currently am an editor working on a wide variety of subjects for organizations such as the UNHCR and Goethe Institut, among others. I am capable of teaching and lecturing on numerous historical and political events and periods in history, with myself having specialized in European history, American history, African history, as well as the Medieval period and Antiquity.

I offer tutoring classes up to Primary level for all kinds of subjects, from English to mathematics, Spanish language, literature, history, visual arts, music, etc. to obtain excellent results. My creative skills will provide a different touch to learning, making it much more fun.

I teach how to write History essays and analyse historical sources and texts. Also, I teach how to learn content efficiently. I have a GCSE and A-Level in History, an EPQ in Ancient English Poetry and currently I am studying History at the University of London. I am adept at teaching all areas of History and all time frames.

If you are a beginner, I'll teach you Italian from scratch and I'll help you develop your writing, reading, listening, and above all, your speaking skills. If you already speak Italian, I'll provide you with lessons only in Italian. I'll help you to learn my language using songs lyrics, newspapers articles, videos, and more.

- I'm a professional Italian teacher from Italy, now living in Rome. I have 10 years teaching experience. I am very patient and I love to make a relaxed and friendly class environment. Most important is that each course is based on the needs, interests and availability of the student. - The method is mainly what is called communicative, aimed at stimulating the student to speak immediately and put the focus on the functional aspect of the language. My name is Sara and I am Italian and pentalingual! I love languages and since many years I am teaching Italian, Spanish, French, English and Portuguese (I also speak a little Arabic!). Each person has their own pace of learning, so classes will be based on the needs of each student, their interests and their prior knowledge (and if there is no foreknowledge better! In this course, you will learn a range of linguistic methods and learn the terms used for describing a specific aspect of language or phenomenon (lexis, morphemes, and 'telegraphic stage' to give a few examples). The course requires you to explore your own data using quantitative and qualitative analysis (eg: how frequently are slang phrases used? Are there new auxiliaries being created?). No historical linguistics or literature is involved, but language change or specific traits will be sampled via your own data collection (if this is what is demanded in your course). As many students need to present a "year abroad" dissertation at University level (3rd year in the UK of a Modern Languages or Linguistics Undergraduate course) I can help you to research and structure your year abroad work, both in English (Linguistics) and Romance languages (French, Italian, Spanish). The topics that have arisen from recent discussions with students relate to French Caribbean writing, Italian resistance and reprisals in Rome (Fosse Ardiatine), and Spanish Etica franquista in films (among others).

The review classes for ESO students are intended to help students make the most of their learning stage, offering support in those subjects in which they have the most difficulties, resolving doubts and explaining the syllabus. Academic support outside of school will improve results and have good preparation for the next educational stage. Review classes are taught in: Spanish Language, History, Mathematics, Biology, English, Catalan Language, French, Philosophy, Statistics and Economics at the ESO level.

Learn the methodology in dissertation and document analysis from middle school as well as high school. This is what is present in History Geography and in the HGGSP specialty, and I offer courses aimed, in addition to helping the learning of courses in these subjects, to put it into practice in an exercise with a built methodology. It is this methodology that I teach, in order to provide the student with independence. I can also provide homework help in these classes, as well as re-explain and repeat poorly understood course points. As for speaking in public, it is necessary for the oral exams at the end of high school. I have been part of a debate group for 3 years and have acquired a certain mastery there. I am a student in high school, in the final year and I already have experience in helping with homework in my high school. I also chose the HGGSP specialty (geopolitics and political science) in second and I obtained my baccalaureate in this subject.

In a lesson for a volunteer learner, I would prioritise speaking practice, since the pronunciation of certain syllables is essential.
