I graduated with honors from the “Monteverdi” Conservatory in Italy and I hold a Bachelor and Master’s Degree from the Mozarteum University Salzburg, having studied with Prof. Lukas Hagen and Prof. Klara Flieder. I performed all over Europe and in South America with renowned ensembles such as Camerata Salzburg and Munich Chamber Orchestra. I emphasize the development of solid technical skills while nurturing each student’s musical expression and creativity. To generate interest in children to learn, constant dynamics are needed, which I have worked on for several years with different methodology that can be used for the development of musical learning, through games, which encompasses the physical, the visual and the auditory. Learning by playing is the most used tool in my classes for children aged 7 and up.

After successfully completing his music studies (Music Bachelor), he won a grant from the Brazilian government and emigrated to the Netherlands to take up postgraduate studies at the Rotterdam Conservatory with Prof. Vladimir Mendelssohn. He received his Masters in Solo Performance and Chamber Music with Honors. His diverse musical activities have taken him - both as a soloist, chamber musician and teacher - on concert tours to Brazil, Portugal, France, Germany, Austria, Eastern Europe, North Africa and Asia. Jadenir lived in Vienna from 2007 to 2016. There he performed between 2005 and 2010 as principal violist of the “Spirit of Europe” chamber orchestra, in which he was also a member of the artistic advisory board and was involved in planning-relevant decisions on artistic and organizational issues. He also played in the RSO Vienna and the Ambassade Orchestra Vienna. Jadenir has lived and worked in Berlin since 2016. With chamber music as the center of his life, he founded several ensembles with different line-ups in 2017. In addition to his artistic activity, viola lessons have been an important part of his life for many years. As a viola teacher, he has been in close contact with music festivals and music schools since 2007, especially those that are dedicated to social projects. About my viola lessons I offer dynamic and playful lessons. The goal of my lessons is to break the barrier between music and technology, so these are not taught separately from each other. Rather, I see technology as the merging of movement, breathing and sound. Beginners and advanced learners of all ages from 10 years are welcome. I convey all kinds of music, their style and technique. I am happy to help advanced students prepare for entrance exams, auditions, auditions and competitions. I also offer coaching for chamber music ensembles. The key to successful viola lessons lies in a transparent and open exchange: I therefore encourage the students to share their needs and expectations; and the family is also involved in their musical development. My two main instruments were made especially for me and I was able to exchange ideas with the violin makers during the instrument making, which gave me extensive knowledge of the manufacture, setup and care of a string instrument. Hello and thank you for visiting this website! I'm an established, qualified, and experienced violin teacher who has worked in London for the last 26 years. I'm now back in Belgium for some new musical adventures, as well as to meet new students. I welcome students from the age of four to adults. I have a real passion for transmitting my love of music, and I like to have a creative, playful and holistic approach to teaching. I also play the piano and often use it for aural training or to accompany my students (or do violin duets). I do believe that music is not just for competitions or exams but a skill for life that can bring tremendous joy, discoveries, friends and fun along the way. Learning an instrument is also a great way to foster different qualities such as patience, diligence, presence, resilience, deep listening and the ability to express and share our emotions with others. Having explored many different violin methods and styles, I take a different approach according to each student. I like to teach a solid classical technique with some scales, studies and pieces, but there are many different ways to make music enjoyable or find other paths depending on the student's goal. Although I was trained classically in Belgian Conservatoires and the Guildhall School of Music, I do like to teach a variety of music that is not just classical (Celtic, world, klezmer, jazz, tango, film music, pop...). I often encourage my students to compose or improvise freely. In the last two decades, I have led many youth orchestras and violin workshops and worked for many different primary and secondary schools in England. Dear students, My name is Giacomo and I hold two Master of Arts in Music Performance, one in Rome and one from the "Zurcher Hochschule der Kunste" in Zurich. During my class lessons you'll learn the wonderful art of playing the violin, an incredible instrument! I have many years of experience with teaching, I do private lessons and I have worked as a teacher for "Tiziano Rossetti International Music Academy in Lugano" for several years. As a teacher my goal is to bring out the best version of my students, using their individual strenghts, which are different for each of them. It's a pleasure for me to teach to anybody who wants even just to discover the art of playing the violin. As a pedagogue, after one month experience in a meditation retreat in Thailand, my approach involves not only focusing on the technical development of the instrument but also paying close attention to the physical and mental well-being of my students.
