Learn Flamenco, body percussion, cajon and practical tools to be more creative with your instrument! In these percussion groups we would use Konnakol, an Indian classical system created to understand rhythm, it mixes languaje and mathematics in a way that allow us to understand music in a very intuitive, practical and fun way. About me: I'm a professional percussion and flute player from Andalucía that plays flamenco and world music with 15 years of musical experience. Ive played in different fusion projects as a percussion player in Netherlands, Spain, India, Switzerland... The last years I've been going to India focusing my studies on the relationship between Indian classical music and flamenco. It is in Mumbai where I started studying tabla and Bansuri at Vrindaban Gurukul since then I realized the great value that indian classical music has as a pedagogical tool and now that I moved to Zurich I'm looking forward to create a group where we can grow together. I also studied Music therapy in Malaga and in Rotterdam so my focus while teaching is in creating a good relationship with art and the instrument, reprogramming how to learn in a natural and intuitive way and very important, to have fun and express yourself so music becomes an extension of you.

Music is a big part of my life. I am a 16 year old student. I have been playing the violin intensively since I was 6 years old. I have now been able to play in countless concerts, competitions and courses (also a lot internationally), which is an incredible enrichment for my life. I would like to share my joy of music with you. I would like to teach beginners, including children who are not sure whether playing the violin is really for them. My name is Margarita. I am a graduate of the Moscow Conservatory and HEMU du Lausanne. I have been teaching violin for 8 years now. I teach both beginners and advanced students. My students must be 3 years old. My students are winners of international competitions. I have 14 years of violin practice behind me and very much wish to transmit and share my passion for music. In order to make you progress at best, I will rely on solid pedagogical and technical bases but will also be able to adapt to you and your desires / needs. We will be able to discuss the repertoire that you want to tackle: from baroque to contemporary music to film music - as long as it makes you vibrate ...! He studied in Buenos Aires with Marcela Sfriso and Eduardo Isaac. As part of his training, he also took several courses and seminars with renowned guitarists, such as Pablo Márquez, Eduardo Fernández, Walter Ujaldón, and Miguel de Olaso. In the last ten years, he was featured regularly as a soloist and with different ensembles in the main concert halls in Buenos Aires city, such as CCK, Usina del Arte and Centro Nacional de la Música. He has also performed in Paraguay, Switzerland and Italy. In 2009 he founded the Camerata Argentina de Guitarras (guitarist and Artistic Director 2009-2019). In 2014 he released his first solo album "Morro de Saudade”. He has made national and international premieres of Latin-American composers such as Leo Brouwer and Javier Farías, with an ensemble and as a soloist. I can teach in English, Spanish, and High German. More about my classes My guitar teaching model is based on books and the approach of guitarist and pedagogue Abel Carlevaro. In some way, it is about understanding and analyzing the nature of the movements we make to play the guitar or ukelele in the simplest way possible. Just as to build a building you need a good foundation, to build a system of skills that allows us to be musicians, we need to know and practice in a conscious way all the movements we do. These movements are what we do when we play just one open string or what we need to do to play the most difficult piece of the repertoire. After getting to know and listening to how my students play I propose a short and medium-term work plan. This plan is presented taking into account the objectives and wishes of each student. Exercises and pieces are included that will also allow to know the repertoire of the guitar. Therefore, each work plan includes specific and general contents.

For any age and at any level - I will prepare piano lessons that are easy to understand, fun and engaging for the student! Whether you want to learn casually, or you're preparing for a big competition or exam, I am fully prepared to help you succeed. I am happy to teach either classical or pop, and am happy to teach anywhere: the student's location, my location, or a webcam - whatever is easiest and comfortable. These classes will include exercises for technicality, as well as learning the context and history of pieces/songs, and creative interpretations.
