I did my 200 hour yoga teacher training in Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga in Greece. In addition, I followed a 100-hour yoga teacher training in Yin Yoga in Utrecht.

I like to give my students a better understanding of why you are practicing a certain pose, what the benefits are for your body and mind, and the best way to get into the pose! Each lesson can be adapted to your wishes! You can indicate to what extent you want to focus on meditation & breathing and to what extent you want to focus on the physical aspect of yoga. After each lesson we can make adjustments so that I can ultimately put together the perfect lessons for you!

I have a passion for sports & yoga for years, but since my Yoga Teacher Training, I gained a deeper understanding. I would love to share this so others can feel the benefits of yoga as well! Every class can be adjusted just the way you want it. Are you not the biggest fan of meditation? Then we can keep this short and focus on the physical aspect. You do find this interesting? Then I can prepare a class that focuses on meditation and breathing exercises.

Finally, I have a nutrition diploma by the Univeristy of Groningen, where I am also currently being trained to become an MD. My nutrition diploma is an advantage to you as a coach- I can guide you in injury recovery, detox and assist you with certain medical conditions such as IBS or other gut diseases in the autoimmune spectrum.
