Dutch is my mother tongue, I am Dutch and I suggest you improve your level of Dutch by focusing on conversation - pronunciation - learning to express yourself well - convincing shyness to speak. Of course also academic support - explanation of grammar - reading and understanding texts - writing and editing. Preparing for job interviews, raising the level of Dutch for professional use to a higher level, working with university students to prepare for their Dutch exams etc etc. I adapt my lessons to the needs of each student. With advanced students we discuss the news based on newspaper articles. I speak fluent French, English, and Italian. I am a lawyer by training with 30 years of experience in international business. The ultimate goal of my lessons: to love Dutch and prepare for your future!

Dutch is my mother tongue. At 20, I am a hyperpolyglot with a knowledge of 28 languages, 12 of which I speak with a level above B2. I spent two times on television (JT of the one and broadcast of what I mingle on RTL-TVI. I give infallible language courses where I also reveal the secrets that ensured my success.

Currently a student, I offer private lessons in all the branches of the first primary to the fourth secondary. My goal is for you to learn well and quickly.

As non-Dutch speaking parents, it is certainly not easy to teach your children Dutch or help them become more fluent in the new language. Who wants some extra exercise for their kids? I would like to help you with that. As their vocabulary expands and their sentences become more fluent, your children will become more confident. A good command of the Dutch language is certainly to their advantage, both now and in the future. Do your children need some help with their homework, especially with their Dutch, then I can help with that. Even as non-native-speaking adults, it is sometimes difficult to have enough exercise. That is why adults who want to make progress in speaking the Dutch language are welcome here! We can practice the everyday language together. Conversing is the best way to learn a new language. Anyone want to learn Persian? Then I am here to help you with that. Here too, I mainly work on communication.

Prepare in an efficient, intensive way for the ITNA (Interuniversity Language Test Dutch), based on tailor-made exercises. We practice together on language in use, grammar and vocabulary, gap texts, structuring exercises, dictation, presentations and argumentation. The methodology chosen for my private lessons adapts to the specific needs of the student, from the youngest (learning to read) to the most experienced: preparation for an exam, a trip abroad, a reorientation professional, ... the courses can vary from a conversation table to a more academic structure emphasizing grammar, conjugation and vocabulary, or still be based on the theme of a particular professional sector.

In our class we will be relaxed, I will help you with the Dutch conversation, the grammar, reading (like an article or a topic what I will give you). I will help students for beginners-lower-intermediate level. After every lesson I will give you homework for the next lesson. Dutch is my native language. I can teach in English, French and German. I am retired and very flexible with my time. The language is native and has the courage to speak English. I have English and Dutch owners. I also speak French and German. I am reserved and flexible with my time.

I use several methods which are specially conceived to teach Dutch to people who have a different mother tongue. I really like to use methods out of the ordinary like role games or methods with which you learn while playing. All these adapted to the student's situation of course. As I learned myself a couple of other languages, it is easy for me to detect difficulties a student can encounter and adapt the way of learning. I can teach in English, French, German and Russian.

A qualified language coach with 24 years of experience offers intensive Dutch lessons in a small class or online. I give many Dutch NT2 lessons to expats and in preparation for an integration exam. Specialized in guiding for the State Exam I and II. Special exam coach. In January 2025 I will also start with groups again. We have a great classroom in the center of Rotterdam, near metro station Beurs, lessons with small homogeneous groups (little difference in level). We mainly go for quality and not just running a lesson. I am really involved in the progress of the student. In addition to teaching, I want to do everything to really motivate students to take the next step. That is my strength! You can also choose the online lesson package with Whereby, Teams or Zoom in a comfortable way. Online classes are one-on-one or maximum one-on-two, for better results. Online lessons last 75 minutes once a week for 10 weeks to reach a higher level. This is the normal speed. Including exam training (A-2 or Staatsexamen) and exam at the end. Intensive training ? That can also be done in five to ten full days, I am used to giving these very intensive trainings to CEOs or managers who want it faster and more intensive ... all lessons within 3 or 4 weeks. Based on the European system A-1, A-2, B-1, B-2 and C-1 As soon as students want to further improve their knowledge of Dutch, I always advise and coach them to take the State Exam I or II, the only formal Certificate in this country, recognized by employers and universities. I will try to switch to conversation after a few lessons, to put your knowledge into practice as soon as possible. Don't get too caught up in the grammar. Teaching is my ultimate passion and even after 24 years it feels like the first time and students always feel inspired to overcome the obstacles. I also teach you about Dutch social culture, which is intertwined in the course and is strongly related to the language.

The most important thing for me is that we have fun while learning – that makes everything a lot more fun!
