Welcome to the music class! Here, we are gonna discover the wonders of learning an instrument. From reading note letters, implementing a proper form to sight reading a piece, we are gonna learn in our own pace. If you're just learning music now and it feels like there's a lot to understand, don't worry we're gonna start from the basics. I will help you understand music and its elements. With your dedication and my guidance, I'm positive that we will get a good result!

You will learn: - Transition between registers, so called “passagio” (Chest voice & Head Voice/Falsetto) - Improving your pitch & rhythm sense - Expanding your vocal range and vocal abilities - Interpreting an Aria or Song, - Developing your musical personality - Learning how to breathe / stand / move on the stage - Finding your unique voice / sound projection - Pronunciation / Articulation in different languages - Overcoming stage-fright and insecurities - Working on genres, such as Opera, Operetta, Songs (specific genres like Pop, Jazz and Rock are also wellcomed)

Music is an important part of all of our lives. Even if we’re not aware of it. Music is everywhere, it’s in your head, it’s on your screens, it’s on the street, in your favourite shops and in your headphones. It’s something that is an amazing passion to have as it’s a great way to express yourself if you struggle to in your day to day life. Life can be so boring sometimes but music is fun. My class will be teaching you how to elevate your vocals, access your different voices, vocal warm ups, motivation to keep going because everybody can sing if they try hard enough!! My Background I started playing organ in church when I was 10 years old. I quickly enrolled at my nearest Conservatory where I have been for 12 years, studying Organ and classical composition for 8 years. I continued with jazz piano studies, and graduated in 2021. I have been performing since 2016, in folk, pop and jazz ensembles around Italy and now I am continuing my music studies in Valencia, at the Berklee College of Music. You will feel inspired by the variety of concepts, practices, and assignments made just for you. I can make classes either online or in person. I am a Spanish pianist and composer (MMus graduate from Codarts Rotterdam in both directions) with many years of teaching experience, and also very active in performing in various contexts. I give private piano lessons for all levels and styles (classical, jazz, Latin, new age, pop...), as well as music theory, composition and improvisation lessons. My lessons are distinguished by their dynamics, practical approach and adaptation to the needs and interests of the student. The lessons (live or online) take place in my studio next to the Maastunnel, where I have a premium stage piano and a top-quality webcam setup. I speak Dutch at an intermediate level, which is improving every day.

I am an Italian soprano, graduated from the Dutch National Opera Academy. I work as a soloist as a freelance singer, and I teach singing to students of different levels and ages for many years. The most important thing during my lessons is to help the student find a healthy and comfortable way of singing! During the first part of the lesson, we will focus on Technique and breathing, while during the second part of the lesson we will focus on the repertoire chosen together with the student, applying the aspect of the technique that we worked on previously in the lesson.

Hey! My name is Richard and I give private lessons to all levels. For guitar, it is important that you can improve yourself in a pleasant environment in a fun way where your interests are central. Do you want to delve deeper into a certain style? Do you want to create your own sound on your guitar using amps, and pedals, ...? I can help you with all that! Knowledge of solfège or music theory is not required, we can always discuss this in class if you wish, but that is certainly not mandatory ;) I have been playing the guitar since I was 9 years old and for several years now I have been playing in professional bands with which I have been able to play on sugar rock, for example. The lessons would take place at my home in Mol or via webcam. If necessary, we can always agree on something else. Dear students: My name is Denise and I'm a professional singer with a singing master's degree from Catalonia's Music College (ESMUC) specialized in Historical Singing, Musicology and Music Education. My experience runs mostly in early and classical music with an active performing life, nevertheless I also have the experience and knowledge of popular musical styles such as Latin-American folk, jazz and musicals. As a docent or vocal coach I've collaborate with different academic institutions and private artistic projects, focusing mostly on international students or social integration programs. I have years of experience teaching children, teenagers and adults in both Latin-America and Europe, therefore understanding different appreciation levels and needs. My main goal is to help the student discover her or his voice while enjoying making music. **Class suggestions and indications** No experience is needed just bring your enthusiasm and favorite music. Classes can be given either in English, Spanish, French or Deutsch. There are no limit for styles, bring your favorite music and I will provide a safe environment for your personal and musical growth. I teach vocal technique through body awareness. We’ll dive into the essential principles of singing: breath, resonance, and articulation. We’ll start with some breathing exercises to get warmed up, followed by vocal exercises to work on technique, and then you’ll get to sing a song of your choice. We’ll also bust some common myths about singing, and you’ll be amazed at how much you can learn in such a short time! It’s going to be a lot of fun!
