Violin lessons for all levels and all ages. I have been teaching violin for 2 years, I work with children and with adults. And for me, it's very interesting - to share my passion and love for music with other people. I really want to help and teach each person because I think music is very important to all of us. Together, we can learn various techniques, enrich our knowledge of music and choose a repertoire you like.

I give piano and/or music theory lessons in Lausanne and the surrounding area, for all levels and all ages. Pianist graduated from the Toulouse Conservatory (DEM Mention TB unanimously), Bachelor of Arts student at the HEMU in Lausanne, piano and music education teacher in Toulouse for 4 years (Private lessons, Pianophiles Association, Busca Piano Academy). A passionate musician, I am also a chorister (Schola Cantorum St Sernin) and choir director. Practicing the piano since the age of 4, I obtained in 2020 my DEM (Diploma of musical studies) from the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Strasbourg (Alsace) (equivalent to the Swiss Certificate). I am now a bachelor's student in opera singing and piano at the Haute Ecole de Musique de Lausanne since September 2020. In parallel with my studies, I have always enjoyed sharing what I myself have the chance to continue to learn, so much so that I have been giving private piano lessons for 3 years. I believe that for the student to get the most out of his course, a great adaptability of the teacher is necessary. I therefore build my lessons according to the wishes of the student, both in the choice of the pieces he/she would like to play and in the space where the lessons take place, so that his practice of music does him good. ! As a Master’s student in medical biology, I have been playing piano and guitar for 18 years. I can explain to you the musical theory that allows you to understand a piece on which you want to improvise or to understand the idea behind the composition of a piece. I can find you the chords of any song or piece and I have examples of songs whose chords search is particularly interesting. I can teach you classical music and jazz. I use a piano that provides an automated and complete accompaniment, that is to say that we can play as with a band with a drummer and musicians of any style. This is very convenient. I also have recordings of impro funk or hip-hop patterns that are what you might call "fire" to learn to improvise with pleasure. I took classes at the school of jazz and current music for about ten years and had some bands, concerts and jams at the university. I was also a member of the Lausanne University Choir. The 5 string banjo is an amazing instrument. It's driving trademark sound and it's African roots has contributed to many music traditions, including Country, Bluegrass, Blues, Jazz and world music. In my class you'll first learn the basics, how to hold and pick and read tablatures. We'll then go through how to play a tune, accompany other instruments and finally, improvise. During the year I'll teach you basic music theory like rhythm, harmony and a bit of ear training to help you develop your understanding and relationship to the instrument. We'll mainly play Bluegrass Scruggs style at first, then we'll dive into melodic style and sigle string, that will all be useful for playing other kinds of music, like Irish music, Pop, Jazz or Blues. Solfege is taught for the first 15 minutes of class until a basic level of solfege knowledge is acquired.
