About Me

Learning a language is a great gateway to delve into the world's cultural richness, be it your own or a culture you encounter. Having spent my childhood moving from city to city and living in several countries, crossing oceans and borders for my study, this has become one of my fundamental questions: How can people from various backgrounds meet each other and live together harmoniously? As a language teacher, I encourage my students to open themselves up to embrace diverse cultural richness through active and student-led learning with the unique teaching methods I established.

We were warmly welcomed at Marie's home for a group Japanese lesson, organized for my daughter's birthday. She adapted the lesson to my daughter's interest (manga) and birthday. The lesson was clear in structure and a very nice way to get acquainted with the Japanese language and customs. Two of the three girls would like to continue Japanese language lessons with Marie online after this lesson.
