The course method, inspired by the Agostini school (French method used in French and Belgian academies and conservatories) is divided between technique and drums. At the rate of one session each we will focus once on technique and movements outside the drums (on pads) and the other time on the drums and the application of technique and movements. -> The technique lessons and the movements will be those of the so-called 'Moeller technique' that I learned through his direct lineage of student. -> The drum lessons are greatly inspired by the pedagogy of the M.A.I. (Music Academy International - Nancy (fr)) and in particular that of Richard-Paul Morellini, renowned instructor. The courses are complete, in-depth but above all specifically thought of to be progressive. They are suitable for children from 7 years old as well as adults of all ages. => Particular attention is paid to the movements and their correct application, to the total independence of the limbs and finally to an understanding of the rhythm and its theory. My main goal is to give the student complete control behind the drums and skills to be able to self-learn any piece in any musical style. 1 hour of weekly lessons are never enough, they should only be used to fuel the passion that will make you play at home more and more. On demand or for advancs students: - I am very passionate about the study of South American rhythms. Due to their complexity, apart from the samba and Baïon ostinatos, they are not included in the program before the advanced level. They can be at the request of the student. - I am also specialized in metal (musical style) and double pedal. The latter is not included in the program unless requested by the student. The double pedal courses are based on the methodology of Virgil Donati. Hi! I'm Juš and I am studying jazz drums at the MUK - Music and Art Private University of the City of Vienna with Professor Mareike Wiening. I play drums in many different groups, bands, collectives, projects. I have been playing Drums for 13 years, beginning with Rock music and then moved to Jazz where I studied jazz drums at the Conservatory of music and ballet Ljubljana. I offer lesson of Jazz, Rock, Pop, Funk, Hip-Hop, Soul, RnB and similar styles of music, whatever you are interested in.I love working with everyone who is willing to improve or start learning about drums and music!

Objectives for students: Beginner level : - Learn the basics of drums / take care of your equipment. - Develop your technique and sound control on the instrument: valid for all levels! - Practice on pieces that the student likes / drumming methods (if basic music theory) little by little. First of all, there is no level limit. I like teaching beginners, freshly bitten by the music bug, as much as I like teaching already established and experienced musicians thirsting for new perspectives on their playing, and a job of targeting points to work on. Each musician having his own specificities and aspirations, the key word for me is Adaptation. Having myself experimented with methods based on music theory and reading, I could see their advantages and their limits.
