For the past 7 years, I have practiced strength training, calisthenics, and then weightlifting. I hold the French State Diploma as a Sports Instructor in Strength/Weightlifting. I later specialized in developing strength and flexibility/mobility for all types of people: athletes, beginners, seniors...
