I am a Belgian violinist, 25 years old, who obtained her master's degree in violin and chamber music at the Lemmens Institute last year. As a violin teacher, the fun of the students is central. With a stimulating and motivated approach, we take on new challenges by looking together for a beautiful sound, musicality, relaxation and suitable repertoire. I cater to the interests of each student. I want to make you curious about the instrument and show you all the possibilities of the violin. I have already gained experience in youth music studios, part-time art education and private. Lessons can be given at my home in Leuven or Roeselare.

I propose violin lessons for all the ages and levels. I love music and violin in particular and what I hope is to transmit my passion to other people. What I would like is to make people learn through enthusiasm and positivity, with the belief that it is always the right time to learn something new. I have many years of experience as a teacher, thanks to the schools where I have been teaching during the last years and the teachers that I met as a student, who made me learn how to play and how to teach too. I am a violinist from Hungary - I have completed my Masters Degree in Teaching at the University of Debrecen, and in the meantime I have given violin lessons in various music schools in Hungary. I have played actively in various professional orchestras. From this year I started the Artistic Master's program at the Lemmens Institute. Since my first year at the university I teach private lessons, I have experience with both children and adults. I can teach in English, Dutch, French and Hungarian. I am also following Norwegian classes, and I can give it a try in Norwegian as well.

My name is Margo, I’m a 23 year old violinist from Belgium. I just graduated and got my masters degree in violin this summer. I’m continuing to get another masters degree, specialising in chamber music, so I can grow more in making music with other people. I think playing and enjoying music (together) is just as important as learning the technical skills of playing an instrument. I believe that everyone is capable of learning to enjoy making music, and it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any prior “skills” (Like reading music). It’s my passion to express myself trough music, and I want to share this with other people who enjoy music and want to learn this, regardless of age! I mainly use the suzuki method but I always include a mixture of other methods and pieces outside of the method. I am an enthusiastic professional violinist and teacher. I can teach you classical violin, folk songs from Greece and Middle East, as well as your favourite pop tunes and tunes of almost any other music genre! My name is Alessandra and i got my master degree in Viola in the Conservatoire of Castelfranco Veneto (IT), with the final grade of 10/10. I have experience in teaching people of different age and needs: my students are between 3 and 60 years old. My music classes are meant for people who wants to start a professional career in music as well as for people who wants to enjoy themselves and get to know more about music. For this I turn, for example, to the use of different music styles (classical, film music, pop, Balkan ...), improvisation, modern technologies and ensemble playing. Violin classes for beginners and intermediates, focusing on technical and interpretative aspects. Musical arrangement classes for different instrumental formats and sheet music transcription. I make recordings of violins and string ensembles. The teaching methodology is based on understanding the technical and musical learning process, progressive study with examples performed by the teacher, using academic and popular repertoire, scale and arpeggio systems, and exercises for developing muscle memory.

Depending on your level in our lessons, we might start by practicing basic things like scales. Then, we move on to different books that match how good you are at playing. I'll teach you special techniques, like the Tune Day Method, to help you get better. But most importantly, I want you to enjoy what you're playing, so I'll let you choose the songs you enjoy.
