Hi All, thank you for checking out my course. This class is open to students of all levels. Whether you are only starting to learn the wild-looking letters of the Cyrillic alphabet, or whether you are looking to practise your written and spoken Russian, I would be delighted to accompany you at any stage of your Russian-learning journey. For more advanced students, I would be happy to help you get to know one of the most defining aspects of the Russian language, namely its novels and poetry, which would be a great way to learn about the 'mysterious' Russian soul. I believe that studying in three different countries have allowed me to try out and assess various approaches to education in general and teaching languages in particular - from the rigourous Russian system based on ensuring that the students will obtain exceptional spelling, grammar, syntax and punctuation skills, to the more relaxed yet more critical and analytical Western approach, focused on problem-solving and independent work. You will get the benefit of a vast bank of techniques, methods and learning materials that I have developed and accumulated over the past year will be used in class to pique and maintain your interest. And since I was once a language student too, I would be able to share my personal tips and tricks with you to help you reach whatever goal you have set for yourself - be it being able to wow your friends and family by reciting a poem in the language of Dostoyevski, or impressing your future collegues with the thorough knowledge of Russian current affairs in their mother tongue!

Hello, my Dear Students, My name is Olga. I am Russian and Ukrainian native speaker. Russian may seem difficult at the first sight, but I will do my best to prove it is not so hard as it seems! The class is suitable for all people (kids, students, adults) who would like to study Russian for various reasons. I always create a personal program for every student in order to satisfy different levels of Russian and adapt towards specific needs. The focus is, of course, put on studying vocabulary, grammar and most importantly speaking. The student can already say some basics starting from the first class. As soon as some basics are learned, communication will be practiced in a creative ad customized way. I will show various videos, texts and exercises to do together and provide written homework for further practice. I am a first class graduate in Politics and International Relations (HSPS) from the University of Cambridge (Graduated in 2023). I currently work as a writer. I can tutor early years, and have experience working with children of all ages, as a former paediatric nurse. I have read a lot of classic literature and would love to tutor students in literature, grammar, English or writing. I have advanced skills in fiction and academic writing. At a higher level I also can help with writing, politics, international relations, sociology and anthropology. I also provide Oxbridge admissions tutoring in these subjects, especially for those making contextual applications. I can also help students learn to optimise their skills in reading, comprehending, and memorising material from academic tests, and how to use ChatGPT and other tools to make this process more efficient.

A-Level Sociology is one of the hardest subjects to tackle at A-Level if you are not familiar with memorising an entire compilation of names and theories. I specialise in teaching Sociology and achieved an A* at A-Level with OCR Sociology. In spite of this, I can teach and adapt to other exam boards like AQA, and there is a demand for Sociology tutoring. I studied Russian literature and language at university and I've been teaching Russian at school and privately in London for 3 years already. I love my language and would like to share my love and knowledge with you. I use the method of immersion my students into the language and culture. I create all my lessons in connection with student's interests, individuality, language skills and goals.

I like to structure my teaching lessons differently from most. I cater directly to the student and I realize that everyone is different. Some children will be seriously struggling with their subjects and will need me to focus on the basics and build up a foundation, whereas others will already be working at a good level and just need an extra push to get them to their goal. Learn the methodology in dissertation and document analysis from middle school as well as high school. This is what is present in History Geography and in the HGGSP specialty, and I offer courses aimed, in addition to helping the learning of courses in these subjects, to put it into practice in an exercise with a built methodology.
