Beginners and intermediate level of music, piano, composition and improvisation

CLASSES IN SPANISH, CATALAN, FRANÇAIS, DEUTSCH, ENGLISH SPANISH (DÉSCPRIPTION FRANÇAISE EN BAS): I offer piano classes, awareness/introduction to music and music theory. I live in Madrid and I am a student of a Higher Degree in Singing (Jazz and Modern Music). I dedicate a good part of my time to teaching (musical and linguistic) in the format of private classes online or at home. I started giving private classes at home to children when I lived in Germany. During the 22-23 academic year I gave piano classes to students of all ages at the RedMusik Music School (Igualada, Catalonia). I studied the piano and other instruments for more than 15 years at the UGDA and at the Luxembourg City Conservatory of Music. After many years of music theory and piano I obtained the „Première Mention“ certificate from the Conservatory, with the qualification "Très Bien". A good music class should include not only reading scores, but also theoretical and harmonic study, improvisation, recreational play with the instrument, listening and rhythmic exercises. I am interested in designing the class in a creative way and adapted to the needs and desires of the student. I hope to transmit encouragement, joy and curiosity about the study of music! In this course you will learn to understand your body through music. To play piano we need more than our fingers, you will learn to feel your body, the relaxation that passes through it and the necessary movements you must make to be able to properly play the piano. You will also learn a lot about each era, starting from the Baroque to today. You will be able to see how each era is unique and the way of seeing and feeling music in each of them. You will learn many ways to study, so that you can continue at home alone with the certainty of doing well. We will learn together, because I am convinced that teaching is a way of learning too.

It is an introductory percussion workshop. Hugo is a seeker of rhythm whose journey took him to explore various cultures, with the intention of uniting the being in an expression that integrates differences. Percussion as a vehicle of recognition in the other through a sound journey.

The class will be taught in English and you can choose classic or pop music. I will be happy to teach you from beginner and I can teach you what you want to learn! Flute and/or musical language classes are offered to beginner or intermediate level students, as well as preparation for conservatory entrance tests, reinforcement of analysis, music history... Adaptation to each student taking into account their particular needs and objectives. The classes aim to provide the student with technical tools with the instrument so that they can advance, enjoy and, most importantly, avoid frustration by knowing how to study later at home. I would like to help young flutists by sharing everything I have learned during my years of training. I think that many times you do not have the right teachers and the student can become frustrated by not making progress. My goal is to help prevent this from happening :)

My mission as a teacher is to transmit my love for music through everything I have learned throughout my studies in the last 20 years. I have experience since 2016 with individuals, colleges and schools, starting with students from scratch and also offering complementary reinforcement classes to their studies at the conservatory or school.
