Musical initiation for the child - in a playful way, body movements, expressiveness. My goal is to provide entertainment through music. Teaching singing, guitar, piano, ukulele, transverse flute and recorder. Brazilian music education - mpb repertoire. I have a state diploma in Music Education, I studied in Brazil at the Universidade Federal do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UNIRIO) for 4 years. Now, I continue my studies at the Royal Conservatory of Mons with a bachelor's degree in singing. I have experience with children, I worked for 4 years in Brazil in several conservatories and music schools (instrument classes, singing, and musical initiation). I also love working with artistic expressiveness in general, with drawings, stories, theater, painting, etc.

I am a French teacher (master's degree in Romance, aggregation of letters). I teach 5th grade at university (master's degree in Romance). I am also a teacher of lyric singing (higher price for singing class by Jules Bastin and courses private with Mrs. Rita). I give opera lessons, melodies ..., also text songs and voice therapy for actors and teachers. I regularly follow my students and give tasks at home. the best is to see each other once a week.

My classes are different depending on your level and age. With children from 7 to 12, we start by doing easy vocalization and start training the ear with intonation, we then have fun singing your favorite songs. With teenagers, I also start with some vocalization, a little more elaborate. Depending on the student's capabilities, we start establishing a comfortable range for them and then proceed to singing. For my older students ideally, I divide our lesson into 2 sections. We work on respiration and how the diaphragm works. We do scales and arpeggios and work on intonation. We then proceed to singing and putting into practice our technique. Some students might need more technique before they actually sing, I like to take things slowly and make sure the student feels confident and comfortable singing. I teach children, teenagers, and adults, from beginners to more advanced. Classical training enables you to sing in any kind of way, so don’t hesitate and let’s sing!

Voice lessons for ages 13 and older. I teach private voice lessons for singers at all levels. I am a classically trained soprano and teach both classical voice as well as musical theatre repertoire. I am currently on the Voice Faculty of Westminster Choir College, SongFest (one of America's preeminent Art Song Festivals), and run my own course of study here in Salzburg that includes language study, private voice study with myself and soprano, Barbara Bonney, as well as various Master Classes with multiple singers. As an Italian Opera singer, I help since many years singers with the right pronunciation of the repertoire they sing, helping them in shaping the language in a clear way, which also helps the singing. Our lesson will involve speaking, pronunciation exercises and singing. We will start the lesson by reading the text and finding the right direction and emphasis. We will focus on the sounds and how to produce them. In the second part of the lesson, we will apply all of the above to the singing!

Dear students: My name is Denise and I'm a professional singer with a singing master's degree from Catalonia's Music College (ESMUC) specialized in Historical Singing, Musicology and Music Education.
