In my lessons I will guide you through the music creation process, from the composition of a song/piece to the arrangement and all the steps it takes to produce it and mix it. Depending on your goals I will tailor your music production lessons aiming to cover all the creative and technical aspects you are interested in learning and exploring, providing you with feedbacks as well as showing you the necessary tools you might need to improve your work and widen your musical competences. A firm grasp of the theory of musical harmony is essential for every musician, at every level. This is an important aspect of music education, regardless of specialisation (performer, composer, analyst). This course will not only give you a strong foundation in the construction and manipulation of harmony but also will help you apply this knowledge in various different scenarios.

I teach music theory equal to a-level. The purpose of this course is to bring students closer to a conservatory experience, where learning is not limited to "how-to" tutorials and lectures. Through a series of lessons customised according to your needs, assignments, and working with me on tasks, you will develop a great load of skills in composition as well as a deep understanding of music theory. Through ear training, tonal harmony, history of music, as well as structure and form courses, you will be able to analyse and appraise the music that you play as a classical instrumentalist, as well as boost your skills in composition and arrangement.

I am holding a bachelor and a master degree in jazz singing from the Conservatorium Van Amsterdam.
