There is no need to have a minimum level for the lessons, whether you are a beginner or have an advanced level for violin-viola or Music theory, my lessons will be adapted to your needs and desires to get the best out of each student. With five years of music teaching experience, from conducting school orchestras to private teaching, my main goal is to help my students to fall in love with music. My music journey started at the age of 6, later at the age of 13 I started to play the cello and have achieved ATCL diploma from Trinity College of London in 2014, also LTCL in piano in 2015. Graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with Bachelor of Music in 2019, I have participated in the CUHK jazz ensemble during 2016-2019 as well as Chinese Music Ensemble as the Lead bassist. Aside from learning piano from Ms. Wong Mei Ling and cello with Mr. Cheung Ming Yuen, I was studying music composition with Pr. LO Hau Man and Pr. Chan Kai Young. Post-University, I have dedicated my time in private music education, encouraging students to learn music according to their abilities.

Good morning! Currently studying at ESSEC from August to next January, I offer piano lessons at home for people of all ages wishing to learn the piano as well as music theory/music theory at a beginner or intermediate level. I studied at the Paris Conservatory for 12 years in piano and music theory. I obtained the CEM (Certificate of Musical Studies) Cycle 3, with honors in music theory, as well as my BEM (Certificate of Musical Studies) Cycle 2, with honors in Piano. A former scholar at the Royal College of Music London, sponsored by The Kenneth and Violet Scott Award, I earned a degree in Piano Performance under the tutelage of Nigel Clayton, Peter Jablonski and Ruth Nye. I was also a recipient of Talent Development Scholarship awarded by the Hong Kong Government Scholarship Scheme. Started learning the piano at the age of 4, I won numerous prizes in different competitions including Asia Piano Open Competition, TOYAMA Asian Youth Music Competition, Inter-School International Performance Challenge and Hong Kong Schools Music Festivals. In 2018, I was also one of the finalists in the Liszt Memorial Prizes Hong Kong International Piano Open Competition. I have been actively engaged in music teaching since 2013. Starting my career in Opus 1 Arts Music Studio in Hong Kong, I continued inspiring the next generation when I moved to London in 2015, where I was appointed as the piano teacher in the Lanterns School of the Performing Arts London and London Music Centre.

I teach for all levels, from children starting from zero to students who want to prepare certifications at the Conservatories, passing through amateurs or simply curious of any age. I firmly believe in the importance of knowing how to read music and this is exactly what I teach first, obviously adapting the method to the age of my students: knowing how to read music is knowing one more language, which, if learned well, won’t ever be forgotten (like riding a bicycle!) and it is an invaluable wealth. Starting from that point I teach the position of the hand, the arm and the whole body at the piano, the fundamentals of the piano technique (giving great importance to the percussive movement of the finger and the distribution of weight), the understanding of musical language, the expression of the personality through the keyboard, the search for touch and knowledge of piano repertoire.
