I love helping people discover music through the cello, and sharing my passion for connecting with others and helping them grow through music. As a cellist, I have performed extensively in orchestral, solo and chamber music, and I am also a composer, singer and pianist. I studied at the Royal Conservatoire in Birmingham, UK, and the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague, Netherlands, and moved to France in 2023. My teaching is based on fun, freedom and exploration. We can try singing, body percussion, composing your own piece, music theory exercises, creating our own games, and so on. I have experience teaching technical principles, but my philosophy focuses on fun and freedom, which I believe is the basis from which good technique should develop.
