I am Assistant Professor in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, School of Early Childhood Education. I studied History and Archaeology, I hold a Master of Arts in History and Turkology, a Phd and Post-doc in Literature for children and young adults and I am a tutor for adults, cerified from the National Organisation for the Certification of Qualifications and Vocational Guidance. I have 13 year of experience in helping children and adults to learn Greek language through specialized courses and to get acquainted with the Greek Culture (Literature, Mythology, Conversational Greek, Walking Greek Lessons, Greek Poems and other interesting ways for practice, such as museum visits). I prepare people for exams in the Greek Language-Ellinomatheia levels from A1-C2 and help them to obtain the Certificates from A1-C2 level by the Greek Ministry of Education. When the sun shines, or even when it's rainy (Thessaloniki i BEAUTIFUL in rainy days) a visit at the city's museums or cultural sites such as White Tower, Rotonda, Galerius Arch, or the University Town are ideal places to learn the essence of Greek languange, etymology,and History. Take your notebook or your camera with you.

You don't need to have any knowledge of the Greek Language. You need only a PC and good internet connection. You don't have to buy any books or materials. You need only appetite to learn and to be present at the lessons. I will send everything you need about the lessons. My lessons are adjustable to your time to study. If you don't have time to study at home, don't worry. A lot of adults work or have children and is difficult for them to spend time at home studying. I will explain grammar, we will do together exercises, speaking, listening, vocabulary exercises and we will read texts. Also, videos and on line games will be provided to you. I am not strict as a teacher and I am very flexible about the schedule.

Hello everyone! My name is Kiki, I am a linguist and a (Modern/Ancient) Greek language teacher, currently working on my PhD thesis on the intercultural expression of emotions.
