Having myself worked in high-stress environments, I know first-hand how stress can reduce the quality of life.
Being also a medical doctor, I know all too well the long-term impact of stress on your mental and physical health.
That is why I have created these classes.
Chronic fatigue, difficulties sleeping, back pain, digestive issues, muscle tensions, irritability...
I have been there too. If you experience any of the above, it is high time to push the reset button. Correctly done physical postures, along with breathing and relaxation techniques can make a huge difference.
Do you worry that you are not flexible enough? Well, don't. The only requirement for my private yoga class is to be able to breathe. :) I have helped students with all kinds of physical conditions and I know how to adapt the practice to your needs.

About Me
I discovered yoga as a teenager. As a teen, I was overly self-conscious, highly influenced by my peers, lost, often experiencing chest pain or difficulties breathing due to anxiety.There was an Iyengar yoga studio in the city centre, where I started to take classes. Despite being the youngest, I was definitely the stiffest in the beginners classes. I suffered physically but at the same time never felt better. Quickly, I became a daily student. Within a month of the regular practice my chest pain and breathing difficulties disappeared. Within a year, I was able to resist the peer pressure.
When I went on to study medicine, yoga stayed with me and helped me through.
After a few years of practicing as a medical doctor, I eventually decided to concentrate on prevention and lifestyle medicine and decided to make a big shift in my career and became a full time yoga teacher.
As a yoga teacher I follow the same principle as a doctor: ‘first, do no harm’ .
Yoga is safe if done safely.
I got injured quite a few times as a yoga student, my knee, my back, my hip…
So as a yoga teacher, I am especially focused on the alignement, anatomical and physiological aspects of yoga which greatly contribute to the safety of yoga practice.
My mission is to make yoga safe and accessible and to share this fascinating path with as many people as I can.
Education
- Medicine at Medical University of Warsaw- Yoga Teacher Training in Himalayan Iyengar Yoga Centre in India with Sharat Arora (one of the most renown teachers of India & assistant of BKS Iyengar for 7 years)
I believe that a good teacher is a student for life, so I keep taking various trainings and researching on yoga. Currently, I am in training with Gregor Maehle and Monica Gauci.
Experience / Qualifications
-Practising yoga since 2003.- 320-h yoga teacher training in India at the Himalayan Iyengar Yoga Center
followed by 2 months assisting during the classes.
- Medical studies and medical practise (3 years in Anesthesiology and Intensive care departement, 4 motnhs internship in Rehabilitaion Clinique, 3 months work in Psychiatric Hospital)
- Practising Vipassana meditation since 2007.
- Teaching yoga group classes in Lausanne and Montreux, corporate classes in Lausanne and Nyon and private classes in Geneva, Lausanne and Swiss Riviera.
At the moment, I concentrate on private and semi-private classes mainly in Swiss Riviera Region.

The method of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is based on several distinct series that consist of sequences of postures with different purposes and allowing an evolutionary practice by following degrees of difficulty.
- The Yoga Chikitsa primary series, also called Yoga Therapy, which cleans and detoxifies the body by realigning it.
- The intermediate series Nadi Shodana, which purifies the nervous system
- Advanced series that leads to divine stability
For beginners and intermediates, my classes are on the first series.
There are several key and fundamental keys in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. The postures are synchronized with fundamental points that are tristana. Using ujayyi breathing, bandhas (energetic locks) and dristis (focus point), we create an internal heat during practice with vinyasa which means the synchronization of the breath with the movement. This dynamic practice develops concentration and strengthens the mind.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga means eight members (eight steps). In the philosophy of yoga, it is an ancestral way that encourages to follow these rules of life to reach the state of serenity peculiar to this discipline.
