This way we make the best use of the time. We first discuss what the problem might be. Is the subject matter unclear, are you missing the basic knowledge needed to continue learning, do you not have enough exercises or do you not know how to go about it all? Depending on that, I determine the strategy needed to achieve results in the long run. I am someone who is patient and understanding. The most important thing for me is that the student feels comfortable, only then we can make progress together.
