My yoga classes are relaxing and energizing. They are based on Hatha and Kundalini styles. An invitation to practice from a place of softness and enjoyment of the body. My classes are flexible and tailored to your needs. I adapt the sessions to your level and prepare the sessions feeling the needs of my students as we progress together. I work with the breath and attention to the movement, and support my students in understanding the relationship between body and mind. Yoga for me is a means to connect more deeply with oneself and with life. It is a practice of self care and a method that supports life changes for more quality. Working with movement, breath, meditation it supports you at many levels: physical, emotional, energetic. After a few yoga sessions you can already start to feel the benefits of being more relaxed which supports being more present and open to respond to what is taking place in your life. Sustained practice will allow you to relieve and prevent chronic pain such as back pain, and anxiety while also using relaxation techniques. I am passionate about embodiment, connection between body-mind as a means of self expression, personal growth and connection to life force. Apart from being a Yoga teacher (Sampoorna Yoga Institute – India, recognized by Yoga International Alliance, I am a certified life coach (with Center for Transformational Presence) and support women choosing to reconnect more with themselves and what make them feel alive, integration of emotions. I have been teaching Yoga daily for the past 4 years. My goal is to meet your expectations and offer you an enjoyable time at home, or in a group (as in a company). We can choose together themes according to your abilities, need and desire so that I can guide you in the practice that is best for you. Trusted teacher: Hello everyone!!! :-) Friday salsa lessons will finally resume !!! :-) This event is for anyone who wants to learn LA salsa as quickly and efficiently as possible. We are learning to learn salsa in an evolutionary way. In other words, we will begin with footsteps and basic figures that will fit into more and more complex figures. A fairly regular participation is therefore recommended even if the steps will be briefly recalled later. We insist that you must practice what has been seen, otherwise you will forget, thus making your evolution difficult. That's why we invite you to stay for the dance party from 11pm to rehearse directly with your new friends. PROGRAM: 20h-21h: Beginners 0 (those who have never danced) 21h-22h: Beginners 1 and Intermediaries (those who already have the basics) 22h-23h: Advanced (those who already have some control) 23h: Salsa evening to practice directly with your classmates and other dancers. How will 1h of classes be held? Beginners 0, 1 and Intermediaries: - no basic and solo movements: 15 minutes for Beginners 1 and Intermediates; 25mn for beginners 0 - learning and control of rhythm: 5mn - reminder of the previous figure (and / or questions): 10 mn (only for beginners 1 and Intermediaries) - figure of the day and practice on music: 30 mn Advances: - warm-up, solos, shines: 20 mn - reminder of the previous figure + questions: 10 mn - figure of the day + practice on music: 30mn In order to offer optimal quality and follow you individually, we limit participants to 20 per class.
