In this course, entirely focused on you, we will visit several essential movements, techniques and forms of the Tai chi and Qi Gong traditions (Qi Gong is a practice germane to Tai chi and that offers good preparatory exercises), at the pace that suits you best. If you are a beginner, we will try to give you a solid foundation to build upon, so that you can continue your practice according to your own aspirations -- be it by yourself, in a group or in a club or school.
