And for me, it's very interesting - to share my passion and love for music with other people. I really want to help and teach each person because I think music is very important to all of us. Dear violinists, My name is Maria and the violin has been my personal companion in life for 16 years. In addition to performing and studying, I am passionate about teaching. I am currently completing my bachelor's degree and will soon start studying for a master's degree in education at the Zurich University of the Arts. I already have experience and have been teaching since 2020. I offer violin lessons for children and adults (beginners and advanced) in the canton of Zurich. The cello is a beautiful instrument from the family of string instruments with a warm, deep sound. The instrument offers the opportunity to play in a wide variety of formations, from solo to in a large orchestra. I have completed an artistic degree and am currently doing a master's degree in education at the Bern University of the Arts. I have already taught for two and a half years in Hanover, where I lived before, and would like to pass on my passion to children. I make my lessons as varied and stimulating as possible - the focus is on fun and games. I also like to improvise with my students on the instrument and am open to all kinds of ideas, including when it comes to the repertoire. But I also have a plan for how I will learn exercises, songs and pieces with the students, depending on their level of difficulty.

I teach my students how to play the cello and use it to express their inner voice. I'm currently doing my master's at Luzern Hoschule and I have already taught privately for 5 years and was also a professor at a music academy. I always try to pick the artistic side of my students and give them the tools to express themselves. Every class will be adapting to the student's struggles and evolution. My student's ages go from early age to adult and elderly.
