I am a visual artist born in Barcelona, settled in Belgium since 2017. As an artist I have accumulated experience for the last 25 years. I am graduated with an Academic Bachelor in Fine Arts in the University of Barcelona and graduated as a Master in Visual Arts at Sint Lucas School of Arts in Antwerpen. I am specialised in painting, drawing, experimental films, installations, language, sound and curating. In other words, I am a multidisciplinary artist. I understand the artistic practice as a way to understand ourselves and the situations which surrounds us. In my classes I don't teach how to do Art, but as how to say something through your artistic work. With me you can work independently, with a coach who will challenge you with some assignments and giving feedback to your personal concerns. In addition, you will learn how to work with several mediums, preparing your own material: paintings, canvases, and so on. You will not only receive individual coaching but as encourage you to look other artists or take into account other references connected with your concerns. Finding, discussing and retaking solutions together are the core of my classes.

I am a cello teacher, musical awakening and music theory. My classes are for people of all ages. From toddlers to adults. I graduated with two bachelor's degrees from the Real Conservatorio de Música de Madrid and the Koninklijke Conservatorium Brussels. I graduated from the Master's degree at the Koninklijke Conservatorium Brussels with Olsi Leka, principal cellist of the Belgian National Orchestra. Hey! Have you always wanted to learn to play the piano but aren't sure where to start? Or maybe you just want to take your piano playing to the next level? In either case, you can come to me for piano and theory lessons tailored to your needs! Are you a fan of pop/jazz music rather than classical? We can easily take care of this too! As a young student, I am often closer to the practice of teaching and can sense where the student's goals lie. Very flexible throughout the week and weekends, either at the student's home, at my grand piano, or possibly online (especially music theory).

Pianist and musicologist, I have been teaching piano in all styles (classical, jazz, film and popular music) to students of all ages for almost 20 years. The teaching is modern, adapted to each student and combines music theory and instrument. Lessons at home or at the student's home (Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, Schaerbeek, Saint-Josse, Evere and other neighboring municipalities, occasionally in Walloon Brabant). Classes can be given in French, English or Spanish.

This class is aimed for children between the ages of 8-13 who would like to begin developing their vocal technique and find their own unique voice early whilst working in a group scenario. My Group Singing workshop is a mixture of improvisation and technique. Add to that the fun singing with other like-children and you’re looking at a contender for the highlight of your week! This class is designed to build confidence and promote individual personal and social development and is taught in a fun yet disciplined way. With a minimum of 4 students and a maximum of 6 students per class each student will have the opportunity to perform a solo song and also a group song each week with individual feed back and technique advice each week.

✍️ Do you want to learn musical composition but you feel lost and don't know where to start? 🎓 This composition course develops the essential points for learning composition: classical harmony, jazz and pop; construction of a melody, rhythms and grooves, as well as the basics of orchestration! ✅ The course always has a practical purpose. During the course, theory and analysis of works are covered, then I offer exercises to carry out at home with guaranteed weekly follow-up. 🎯 Perfect for beginners or those who want to deepen their harmonic/rhythmic knowledge. No need for knowledge of music theory!

Violinist from the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, and the IMEP of Namur, I give violin lessons at all levels, all ages, from 5 years old for children. With several years of experience in teaching the violin, my lessons are for everyone, whatever your desires. I adapt my method according to the wish as well as the age of the student, and starting an instrument as an adult should not be a brake. Graduated in Musicology from La Sorbonne as well as from the ULB, I also offer support courses in Musical Training, History of Music and Analysis. An instrument lesson usually lasts one hour. If necessary, I can cut the time between Violin and Musical Training / History. My rates are 29/hour at my home (Schaerbeek), 35 if I travel.

Professional pianist and passionate about pedagogy, I have been teaching piano and music theory for 10 years now in conservatories, music schools and private lessons. Holder of a performance license from the Rouen Conservatory in France, I am currently continuing my training at the Higher Institute of Music and Pedagogy in Namur in order to teach in academies. I adapt to the profile of each student so that they can flourish musically!

Private Painting and Drawing lessons, any level! I am a classically trained painter, I have been painting seriously for 17 years and studied intensively in Florence, Italy. I will teach you the basics about light, form, line, colour and space, and how to constantly grow and improve. We start with drawing from observation and continue to other mediums, including oil paint, once the student is ready. Landscape, still life, portrait, expressive. My goal is to help my students improve every time and reach a new level. I provide many examples from art history as well as my own work, and give lots of demonstrations. I offer a personalized approach fitted to each student. The classes are in a small group format, no more than 4 at a time and each student works at their own pace, it is private classes with other students present, offering a supportive environment in which to learn and grow. Each student receives personalized instruction at their own level. Each student is guaranteed to improve. I ask for a commitment of 5 lessons at a time to see some improvement, and I accept students who are looking for longer term learning. Commitment is a must to grow! The classes take place in my studio in the charming location of Grand Hospice, a converted hospice in the city center of Brussels.

With my theory course, you are gonna acquire a better understanding of the music language as well as developing your ears. I like to have fun during my lessons and enjoy playing but always challenging and becoming better!

Pedagogy: Focused on the student and his own objectives. I will try to guide you towards a plan that will correspond to your desires, while proposing a working method based on the pleasure of playing together, rigor, musical culture and theoretical knowledge. My favorite repertoire is jazz, bossa, funk, but I also like to offer pieces from classical and pop, accompanying you on the piano to get you used to playing in a group. All levels and all ages welcome.

Are you a beginner?? No worries: no experience is required! 😁 I can teach you the basics to produce sounds with your saxophone: position of the embouchure (teeth, tongue, lips and vocal cords' position, an element often forgotten), fingerings, use of diafragma,... After the first two lessons spent on the mouthpiece and neck for the sound production, we will immediately start to play some super easy duos together to practice your capacity of listening, pay attention to the other, ear training as well. I normally use the book of Peter Wastall (titled Learn as you play) as support, but it is not mandatory. There are plenty of good books btw! Are you an intermediate / advanced student?? I am sure you can still improve in all the basics, but on a different level. I'll teach you the importance of the "voicing" (technique named by the american saxophonist and pedagogue Donald Sinta) to improve your sound production and projection as well as the capacity of correcting and improving the intonation. You can learn all about phrasing and music interpretation, from tonal music until contemporary atonal compositions. And still, you can improve your playing together, practicing in duo on different aspects like tuning, balance, interpretation, performance etc. Book a lesson and try! Hi, I'm Nikos, a guitar teacher with over 12 years of experience and a Master's degree in classical guitar performance from the Conservatory of Brussels. I have taught over 100 students, providing individualized lessons and personalized attention to every one of them. Playing the guitar offers a wealth of benefits for personal growth, including improved memory and concentration, enhanced cognitive abilities, and a stress-free outlet for self-expression.

I am a professional clarinetist graduated with distinction at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussels (Master Degree in Clarinet) and holding a Bachelor Diploma from the Music Conservatory of Valencia (Spain). Currently I am studying for a Master's Degree in Bass Clarinet, so we can combine both instruments in my lessons. I teach students of all ages and levels. In my lessons I help the students to find a good contact with the instrument and cultivate a positive relationship with music by integrating the development of aural skills, sense of rhythm and an optimal body use, enabling them to connect with their musical imagination. The lessons are adapted to each student's needs and wishes. On top of playing, I can also offer lessons on harmony, form analysis and counterpoint that focus on understanding the structure of music. My lessons will already include many different aspects of the music being taught but there is the option of focusing the theoretical or the practical. i am looking forward to teaching you music!
