Holder of a Bachelor's degree in contemporary dance and creation of multidisciplinary performances from the Iceland University of the Arts, a Master 2 in Art Research & International Creation from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, I am an artist member of the International Dance Council at UNESCO. Since 2020, I have been engaged in academic research on medical and spiritual dance whose practice is called Transcendental Dance (Transcendental Embodiment). I intend to present this research in a doctoral contract. My professional experience extends internationally where I had the opportunity to work alongside various renowned companies and to organize internships in France, Iceland, Sweden, Mexico, Czech Republic, Spain, Turkey and Asia. Also, I had the opportunity to dance for haute couture houses during Fashion Week in Paris. I teach contemporary dance, technical floorwork (floor work), contact dance and classical dance. My classes focus on mindfulness, musicality, harmonization of energy flows, improvisation, muscle strengthening and coaching in choreographic composition for competitions, exams, galas, and weddings. I have a solid knowledge of IGCSE, A-Level, Goethe, TELC and TEST-DaF certificates and 10 years of experience in the education sector. I also have extensive experience in the entrance exams for Gymnasium in Switzerland and in the area of Business German. Currently, I teach mainly Asian students in small groups who are working on their professional recognition to work in the healthcare sector in Germany. I also support children and adults, mainly online, both individually and in small groups to meet the diverse needs and interests of learners. Previously, I worked as a secondary and A-level teacher at Benalmádena International College in Spain, using a variety of teaching approaches to help students of all ability levels understand the material and achieve the best possible grades. Very sweet lady who is always asking how she can improve and cater her lessons towards your personal needs! Knows very well the French language and not on a fluent level, but also the technicalities behind it. Is willing to take time with you and work on your mistakes, as well as trying to explain some French key moments that are difficult to understand for foreign language speakers in a way that is understandable. Always makes sure to challenge you and sees how you can improve! Had a very lovely experience :)
