After traveling and learning in depth the arts of yoga in India for a year, I've decided to gather my knowledge and pack it on favor of others who may need it, multi skill oriented, your class can be focused on either of the following: Vinyasa Hatha Yin/Restaurative Kundalini Meditation/mindfulness Beginners/intermediate, mobility workshops, yang kinda lessons (active demanding classes like Rocket yoga style) are also available thanks to previous martial arts background, good implementation of movement drills for enhanced energy and physical performance. Experience background: Before yoga, I was a Jiu jitsu practitioner for years until a shoulder injury took me out of the tatami for several months, while recovering from both physical and psychological trauma, I found in yoga all I was searching for: mental stability, physical control, healthy habits and so much more according to its philosophy, now I could say yoga is my lifestyle! I had a not so little project in my workplace for over 2 years focused on coaching associates and teams by providing stress relief exercises which also included breathwork and mindfulness guidance amongst others, the project was a success, showing good results in associates performances and an improved team bonding. Now, Yoga alliance certified with almost 1000h of learning in all mentioned above practices (Vinyasa, Hatha, Kundalini, Yin), meditation enthusiast, Have you heard about Vipassana?, willing to help others find their way. It is a period when we eat more, move less and decide to make resolutions for the year to come. ▪️ What if you attacked 2021 by resuming sport? - “The sports halls are closed and anyway I don't necessarily want to play sports with a mask. " - "I haven't done any sport for a long time but this is the opportunity to get started!" " - "I don't like to play sports if I don't have someone to encourage me and accompany me. " - "I don't have the time and / or the skills to prepare for and carry out my workout." " - "I would like to play sports but I do not know how to go about it. " ▪️ If you find yourself in one of these sentences I can help you start 2021 in the best possible way. ▪️ Sport is beneficial and even more so nowadays. I suggest you follow you through a personalized program. ▪️ I will offer sessions on the theme: Mobility / Flexibility, Weight loss, Cardio / Endurance, Strength / Muscle building. ▪️ After an assessment and a first session intended to establish a diagnosis, I will set up a training plan that is as individual as possible in relation to the objectives defined at the time of the first session. ▪️ The result is an essential point and seeing its progress is very important. For this, I offer you intermediate objectives that will motivate you continuously. Reviews will take place every 3 months to analyze the progress made and define new ones for the following 3 months. ▪️ I realize that asking for a personal trainer is an investment of time and money, which is why I do everything to make this collaboration fruitful. ▪️ My job is to help you achieve your physical goals. ▪️ Possibility of individual or small group sessions. What I propose: ☑️ 1 session per week for 3 months, i.e. 12 sessions +1 assessment + 1 discovery session + 1 assessment at the end of the 3 months ☑️ 2 sessions per week for 3 months, i.e. 24 sessions +1 assessment + 1 discovery session + 1 assessment at the end of 3 months + 2 sessions offered ☑️ 3 sessions per week for 3 months, i.e. 36 sessions + 1 assessment + 1 discovery session + 1 assessment at the end of the 3 months + 4 sessions offered

We are a group of 4 beginners and we really appreaciate Evangelos as tennis trainer! Lesson is always entertaining, with a bit of theory to better understand basic techniques and a lot of practise where he revises our movements, corrects and explaines all the mistakes we make. He arranges specific exercises to let us focus and improve particular actions, but they always quite intense and aerobic. Defenitively recommended, we will keep having additional lessons for sure!

Yoga & Meditation with an International Certified Teacher! (Arnö)

I had my first 90 minute Yoga lesson with Gaurav and it was exactly what i was looking for. He teached me the basic postures included breathing and chanting with a holistic approach. I really felt it was customized to my needs and personalized although online i felt the time flew by and he was carefully observing and teaching me. Very good energy and flow between the sequences. I can only recommend his class and will look forward working with him on my practice.
