Trusted teacher: Full-time private teacher, I hold a Masters in International Relations at Sciences Po Lille and a Masters in Journalism. I offer private lessons to prepare for the various exams of the Sciences Po competition: general culture / contemporary issues (monitoring and analysis of current events), English (grammar, comprehension, translation), history (link with current events, deepening of the program high school student). The lessons can also allow you to work on the working method to be adopted before the exams (readings, pace of revisions) and during the exams (time management and organization). For more than three years, I have worked both for private tutoring organizations (Les Petits Bilingues, Campus des savoirs, Anacours), and as a self-entrepreneur (I have official accreditation). I have already taught to a very varied audience (from 4 to 70 years old, French, English, Canadian, Chinese, Russian ....), adapting each time to the objectives and the level of the student . I offer private lessons for: - academic support (primary school, college and high school) - progress in English (oral and written) - prepare for the Sciences Po competition (contemporary issues / general culture, history, English) - prepare business schools for the SESAME competition (contemporary issues, English) - improve your level of French (especially for foreigners) - help with writing (reports, administrative documents, etc.) Hourly rate (including 50% deductible in the form of a tax credit, supporting invoice) Online course possible (Skype, Zoom)

Trusted teacher: I offer you my services in order to make you truly effective orally / in writing in English. If you have to use English for your professional activity and you don't feel comfortable. If you are tired of being spotted right away as the French. If you still don't know when to use the present perfect / preterite, I'm here to help and take you forward. * Linguist by training and author of school textbook in this capacity. I am not that young student who got a good mark in the Baccalaureate or that other who is supposedly bilingual. I have been teaching as a teacher in the National Education since 1995 and I can tell you that teaching cannot be improvised. It is not an activity that we do "like that". I offer you my expertise and my experience. To have 10/20 in the Baccalaureate, it is enough to have the A2 level (which is theoretically expected at the end of 3rd year) so I let you imagine the desperation of future engineers who must obtain at least 750 in the TOEIC! (the equivalent of level B2) * Daily monitoring possible via internet. * Specialized in "phonology": intonation, word accent, connections, oral grammar. * Adaptation to all levels: from college to post-Bac including high school. => Post-bac: preparation for TOEIC, TOEFL, iELTS, Cambridge First-Certificate, Advanced Certificate. => CPGE: translation, essay, "fluency". => Enunciative Linguistics (CAPES) - Didactics of English. => Orals and writings of the grandes écoles such as the ENA. => Orals and writings from business schools (Tremplin-Passerelle ...). => English for medical interns.

Having been very autonomous in my learning throughout my studies, I have a lot to contribute on the keys to academic success: personalization of types of learning/memorization, time management, anxiety management, rigor and autonomy , etc. I am convinced that support must be adapted according to each person's specific needs. My degree in educational sciences with a specialty in adult training helped me greatly to deepen my teaching skills. I also gave numerous private lessons throughout my studies. I can support homework help in certain subjects but also for the preparation of competitions, in particular the Sciences Po competition. I myself prepared for the IEP competition in 2013 via the Tremplin IEP platform, in parallel with my studies. My 5 years at Sciences Po gave me a definite ability to support students in preparing for the competitive examination. I was also part of the "Equal opportunities and democratization" program in order to support final year students in preparing for the IEP competition. Preparing for the competition requires a certain amount of rigor over a long period of time. Apart from the regularity of learning, I do not follow a single standard method, especially since the acquisitions are very different in the three competitive examinations and therefore require adaptation. I offer a first session, in order to get to know each other and assess the learner's needs. The learning framework is thus established together and revised regularly depending on progress in the preparatory work.
