I am passionate about teaching, and one of the greatest joys of my professional career is watching my students flourish. I have been playing the piano for 20 years now and have over 7 years in teaching the piano. My goal is to make the piano lessons fun and enjoyable while also incorporating all the necessary elements, such as theory, music history and sight-reading, to create a well rounded musical education. I am experienced with exam preparations (ABRSM) and music school admissions exams, but I prefer to create my own curriculum to fit each student’s specific needs and aspirations. I studied at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, UK (BA) and at the Liszt Academy of Music, HU (MA). I have performed extensively as a solo and chamber musician and I had the joy to collaborate with various orchestras. My greatest joy in music is collaborating and creating music together with other musicians, and this is why I am now pursuing the Specialized Piano Chamber Music Master’s at ZHdK. My personal mission is to keep you motivated and committed to playing the piano. With this purpose, I use a method adapted to each student, taking into account what you want to achieve and what you like. In my classes, you will learn music comprehensively. My personalized lessons do not only focus on repertoire, but also on music theory, sight-reading, ear training, improvisation, and composition. Trusted teacher: Mein Name ist Michal komme aus Polen und bin 29 Jahre alt. Für mich ist es das wichtigste die Freude am Klavierspiel bei meinen Schülern zu wecken und eine gute Atmosphäre während des Unterrichts zu schaffen. Ebenfalls lege ich einen Fokus darauf, die Musikalität und Sensibilität von jedem Schüler rauszunehmen und es in den Stücken zu zeigen. Die meisten Stücke sind aus Pop und Klassik. Ab August 2021 habe ich diesen Glück in Musikschule Konservatorium Zürich zu arbeiten. Im Februar 2021 habe ich mein pädagogisches Studium mit abgeschlossenem Praktikum im Konservatorium Bern bestanden. Vorher habe ich das Studium als Solist an der gleichen Schule mit Auszeichnung abgeschlossen. Ich habe bereits mit Kindern und Erwachsenen auf verschiedenen Niveaus (von Anfänger bis zum Advance) gearbeitet. Ich unterrichte nur bei Ihnen zu Hause Mögliche Unterrichtssprache : Deutsch, Englisch, Polnisch. I took a few lessons with Lasha so far and I had a great experience. Lasha is diligent in preparing the material for the sessions and he adapts the lessons to my specific level and to what I prefer to practice which allows me to progress in the directions I'm most interested about. The first lesson with Clara was really great. She is so passionate about teaching and tailors everything in the lesson to your goals and music taste. Communication was great, especially after the lesson, where she sends feedback and exercises to keep you motivated through the week. I am really looking forward to continuing the lessons with her!

I was really impressed by the lesson, Elene's style and how quickly she builds rapport. Elene is very approachable, fun and a warm person. My 4.5 year old daughter warmed up to Elene straight away and was playing along through the entire lesson. Thank you for the happy learning experience.
