I have extensive knowledge of the technique and theory of the instrument. For very beginners, I like to teach them the basics and rhythms by training the ear, trying not to overload them with theory. Technique and theory are important, but practice and music are essential. I started playing drums at the age of 12, through private lessons. I was lucky to have a teacher who made me want to play and practice my instrument. I enjoyed my first lessons. It was both very practical since I learned a lot about the technical aspect of playing an instrument (hand positioning, body posture, etc.) and about the history of harp. The teacher also gave me advice regarding buying my own harp. She was very attentive and paid attention to my every movement, to make sure that I played it all correctly. I am looking forward to having more lessons

Excellent first course! After +4 years without any noteworthy sport activities, it was a bit of a challenge to book this first session, but Danny did a great job in fueling my motivation. He immediately found the right balance between keeping it doable yet challenging. Perfect build up and cool down, I feel the workout but no pain. I think I am hooked!
