We’ll mainly focus on speaking. I’ll let you do a lot of the talking and correct possible mistakes in a gentle way if your level allows it. Afterwards if you want I can explain the grammatical theories to why things are better said a certain way. If we start from 0, we’ll focus on vocabulary and grammar and very easy basic sentences to start with. If you like, we can also go over school exercises together to see where you can advance and work towards better grades.

I specialize in teaching Arabic and Darija to non-native speakers. My goal is to challenge but not overwhelm the student. I give homework after each lesson and provide periodic progress reports. Furthermore, I teach my students how to speak Moroccan Darija in a few months. The lessons are online via Teams. The price is per student/hour, if you have two children the amount is times two and for three children it is times three. You have the choice between purchasing one lesson or five lessons at a time. I like to structure my classes according to topics based on everyday life situations (how you introduce yourself, how to make an appointment, go shopping, go to the doctor, professional language, etc.).
