My 16 year old decided to pursue a career at n fashion and art early on We found Emer and she was exactly what we were looking for and more when Theo applied for fashion Academies
Her first extensive background and calm and friendly approach brought out the best in my 16 year old son Together they created an original portfolio crammed with original and artistic work
Enthusiast and patient I have no reservations recommending Emer for any art driven personal or group learning sessions My sons testimony says it all She is simply amazing
Emer was very easy to connect with and knowledgable about photography. At our first lesson, we formed some exciting goals to work toward throughout our program.
She is very friendly, very focus to her lesson as a result her lesson to be productive.
Photoshop is a powerful app for photographers. As a photographer, you’ll need to be able to sort through the many complex features that will help make photos better. I’ve designed this course as a practical guide to Photoshop that’s specifically made for learning photographers.
You will learn how to make selections, create masks, retouching portraits and use advanced techniques to not only improve photographs, but to turn them into entirely new images.
‘Analogue Photography’ refers to photography using an analogue camera and film. A roll of film is loaded into the camera and the magic begins once you start clicking: light interacts with the chemicals in the film and an image is recorded. The pictures collected on your film roll come to life when the film is processed.
ALL MATERIALS PROVIDED: 35MM CAMERA, FILM AND CHEMISTRY INCLUDED
On this course I will teach you the basics of analogue photography - old school film photography. You will learn how to load film, take accurate light readings for correct exposures, you will learn about depth of field and shutter speed. Once you have taken your first roll of film you will then learn how to develop this film. Other students may wish to work with pinhole photography and learn how to build their own cameras.
Most suitable as a short course and I can accommodate up to 4 students at one session so you can ask a friend. Fun weekend activities for the spring. Get snapping.

Art Classes. Creative development or learning English through creative playI can teach observational art, on location where we draw and paint landscapes, developing colour theory and different types of construction, perspective and mark making. I can also offer more abstract exploration, where we may start with a concept or an image as a starting point and create a more imaginative work from it. This process often includes creating a collage from which the student may be inspired to create a more surreal piece through abstraction. Alternatively, the student could suggest an idea they have been interested in, e.g. a story or news piece they read and I can guide them in the ways in which they may use their artistic process to develop this idea into a piece.
I can also offer teaching English through creative play; using imagery as an aid to developing the language.

CINEMA, ACTING, IMPROVISATION WORKSHOPS - - -These sessions allow the development of skills and knowledge of the trade, with the game facing the camera, familiarization with the audiovisual environment and the camera tool, in the art of acting.
Your inventiveness and your uniqueness being at the center of your training, it is a question of dwelling on the objective criteria, such as the voice, the use of the body, the relationship with the partner, the capacity to occupy the space. But it is also the singularity and the commitment that are decisive.
The objective of this training is to be able to:
- Analyze and dissect a text
- Create, develop and embody a character
- Understand the artistic and technical writings of a film or a play
- Create, cultivate and develop one's artistic identity and singularity
(...)
Through simulations and role-playing, the association between theory and practice makes it possible to achieve its objectives.
PLACES :
- Locations: Geneva - Lausanne - Friborg - Neuchâtel - Montreux - Basel - Sion - Sierre - Morges - Bienne. But currently and until further notice, only by videoconference in accordance with national recommendations on Covid.
These sessions, for which you have asked me, also seem to be perfectly unanimous since they arouse a certain enthusiasm (and a certain enthusiasm). Indeed, they have the advantage of face-to-face sessions (ex: quality of the interaction), without its disadvantages (ex: loss of travel time) with additional advantages (ex: the entire session transcribed in writing on the chat). That is why, at your request, I continue to offer this option.
- As other people do regularly, you can also please your loved ones by offering gift vouchers available all year round.

From a Grande Ecole post-preparatory class in France & Ivy League University in the United States, our teacher has specialized and has worked for more than 14 years in the field, in international establishments, intervening in forums and conferences.

Drawing with Paul. Learn the fundamentals of drawing so that you create the art you dream of.Michelangelo say that you don't draw with your hand, but with your head, and that is true. Drawing is the most versatile skill you can learn, and the basis for infinite routs to express yourself. From drawings we have mapped and planned human civilisation as we know it. It is the original written language, and it is so much a part of who we are that even the youngest of us know what it is to create meaningful marks on a piece of paper. Drawing has inspired my life and I hope that I can share the things I've learned with you to help you on your path. There is nothing more frustrating then getting stuck as an artist, or looking at the great work of people that came before you and wondering how will I ever get there? It is a journey that lasts a lifetime, but it doesn't need to happen alone.
There are ways to grow your skills, that those amazing artists did, and have been passed down. Ways to break down what you are doing on the page to truly create the illusion of depth, so that it feels real. I can give you the building blocks to understand how to create realism. I will also help you build on our own natural creativity, and hopefully keep you from some of the growing pains I had to go through in the pursuit of my craft.
