Private lessons in mathematics (pre-gymnasium, gymnasium and final level)

Second year physics student at EPFL Lausanne. The courses are aimed in particular at university students, but also at secondary school students. For those attending EPFL, I can give classes in person. Otherwise, I am also available for online courses. The topics and course delivery are agreed with the students according to their specific needs. They can include both theoretical explanations and the carrying out of practical exercises. From my own experience, I have found that everyone can understand the most complex concepts, you just need to adopt the right approach and teaching method, which varies from person to person. As it is not always possible to make this important distinction in general courses, my intention is to provide those who need it with help in catching up with the program by filling in gaps and/or doubts. I do not favor a mnemonic approach, but rather a deep understanding of the subject.

Master's student in physics having obtained the baccalaureate with very good honors (19.8/20 general average) I happily help in learning mathematics and sciences in general which made me want to study at the EPFL and to come to KTH afterwards. As a 3rd year physics student at ETH, I offer private lessons in mathematics as well as academic support for middle school, high school/gymnasium and first year university students. I mainly base myself on the progressive resolution of exercises, to understand where the difficulties come from and to be able to overcome them. I listen and adapt to the student in order to understand their perspective. I can thus approach problems in the way that suits him best, which allows me to create solid foundations and establish an excellent understanding of the subject. I love teaching and have always enthusiastically helped my classmates. I have been giving private lessons since 2016 (around 25 students, including one for Analysis I, EPFL). I am also an assistant for two courses at EPFL (3rd year Bachelor and Master levels), and I co-created and taught the EPFL Advanced Analysis course during the welcome week for new students (Students4Students EPFL).
